Before reaching the village, there's a sign indicating the alternative route to the Baita, which then leads to the Grotta di Sant'Angelo. It's best to take this route, as the other one is closed due to construction. A welcoming place, well-run by young, enthusiastic people who deserve a 5-star rating.

We were a group of 11 french hungry cyclist and we had a fantastic meal and hospitality with the Malieni familly. Food is esquisite and the place lively and welcoming. Grazie per tutto !!

15/07/2026: A welcoming location, a breathtaking panoramic view of the Riviera dei Cedri, friendly service and hospitality, local dishes expertly and tastefully prepared, and homemade desserts expertly and tastefully prepared by Michelle (the owner). The prices were reasonable. The dishes reminded me of the flavors of my grandmother's cooking. I recommend trying it at least once. Thanks to Vincenzo and Michelle for their hospitality and for allowing us to experience a beautiful day in Santa Domenica Talao, a charming village in the Pollino massif.
