11/09/2025: Fantastic experience! We'll be back to try the traditional Japanese evening tasting menu. The food and drinks are top-quality. The cooking methods are complex and truly exquisite. The recipes and drinks are traditional and wonderful. The service is truly kind, helpful, friendly, and attentive. They're available and happy to provide in-depth explanations. We also had the opportunity to speak with the chef, and he was also truly kind. The atmosphere is quite elegant, and I really enjoyed it. Thank you so much.

08/09/2025: A slice of Japan in Milan! The care and delicacy in every little detail of the dinner took me straight back to Japan. Every dish we tried was delicious. Chef Satoshi Hazama meticulously selects every ingredient and makes every dish from scratch, like the pumpkin and Piedmontese Fassona croquettes, breaded not in the classic panko, but in sourdough bread. For unagi/una-ju lovers, here you'll find a delicate yet delicious version. Dinner literally flew by to the sounds of Joe Hisashi, accompanied by impeccable and warm service. 01/09/2025: We had the most wonderful experience at this Italian restaurant in Venice. From the moment we arrived, the owner, Hamza, welcomed us with such warmth and genuine hospitality. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, and his kindness made the evening feel so special. Hamza shared a thoughtful reminder with us — that “these times won’t come back” — and it really captured the spirit of the night: enjoying good food, good company, and creating memories that last forever. The food itself was authentic and delicious, but what made this place stand out was the heart behind it. Thank you, Hamza, for making our time in Venice unforgettable. 30/08/2025: No dedicated vegan menu but has a few descent options (no protein) and staff were very friendly and knew the menu enough to provide/ point out options! Note the pesto does contain cheese. The items I remember being indicated as vegan were: Mushroom risotto Spaghetti Pomodoro Mixed vegetables Tagliatelle allé verdure* * The Tagliatelle noodle is made with egg but our server offered to make it with another pasta shape (I did spaghetti and it was absolutely delicious!! Super flavourful and would buy again!) Swapped noodle spaghetti Really wonderful service and experience!!

25/08/2025: I’m obsessed with this place. Gluten free pizza?! Fresh out of the oven? Everything is delectable. It’s easy to get gluten free pasta in Italy but GF pizza is so much harder to come by. You can even get the fried antipasti gluten free 🥹 the restaurant is certainly delicious even beyond their gf options - my gluten eating partner raves about it just as much as I do. Don’t miss it on your trip to bomarzo :)

The atmosphere is modern and pleasant, and the staff is young, friendly, and knowledgeable. The desserts also offer pleasant surprises, blending both traditional and experimental. The cream puff with lemon ricotta cream and figs is fantastic!

31/08/2025: I'm not giving it 5 stars because the prices are above what is usually expected. Aside from that, the team is very welcoming and helpful. The products are fresh and very tasty. The setting is exceptional.

30/08/2025: A superb late-August dinner on the terrace overlooking the sea. The service staff was knowledgeable and friendly, as was the chef, whose simplicity and humility were evident. Special mention for the bread and the risotto, which was perfectly creamed, even though there was no butter due to an intolerance. A top-notch experience.

The Sicilian Pizza and Trentino Carbonara are very tasty. Nice background music. Attentive service. We would be happy to visit again if we have the chance.

11/09/2025: We had the octopus with potatoes, the fish skewers, a Trentino pizza, and mushrooms for dessert—all very good. The service was quick, and the girl serving us was kind. There weren't many people, so everything was quiet and pleasant.
