If you're looking for the authentic flavors of Piedmontese cuisine, L'Ostu del Musinè in Caselette is a true guarantee. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making you feel immediately at home, thanks in part to the kindness and hospitality of the staff. The dishes are generous, flavorful, and prepared according to tradition, showcasing top-quality, local ingredients. The outdoor space deserves special mention, even though we only glimpsed it since the temperatures aren't yet warm enough. It's truly beautiful and perfect for dining outside on sunny days. In short, a genuine culinary experience and highly recommended for those who love authentic dining. One note: it's a shame they're closed on Saturdays and Sundays, with some exceptions. Otherwise, a well-deserved 5 stars!

I ate very well, the quality is beyond question. A very nice atmosphere with soft lighting, very relaxing, surrounded by greenery. The welcome and kindness were also excellent. I highly recommend it.

A restaurant with a varied menu, featuring meat dishes and revisited traditional Piedmontese dishes. Excellent wine selection, and the owner walks among the tables to check the diners' pulse without being too intrusive.
