We tried this pizzeria for the first time and were a little disappointed by the staff. The pizza dough was good and light, as was the burrata. Only the capocollo was burnt, which we didn't like; it ruined the flavor a bit. The staff was a little distracted and not at all attentive to customers. It's a shame, we won't be returning. Not recommended.

Excellent food: from the freshest mozzarella and burrata prepared to order, to the fragrant panzerotti and pasta dishes, including delicious vegetarian options. The mouth-watering desserts were a perfect end to the meal. Impeccable, attentive, and friendly service. The entertainment was wonderful, with the band performing captivating traditional Apulian songs. An excellent experience with truly remarkable value.

A special thanks to Mariella, always kind, helpful, and with a smile that instantly puts you in a good mood. The orecchiette alla pugliese were undoubtedly the highlight: authentic, simple flavors, perfect for those who want to savor true local cuisine. A place we'll gladly return to.
12/04/2026: A wonderful start to the day at Caffè Fanelli Bistrot in Ostuni! ☀️ We enjoyed a perfect cappuccino, fresh and flavorful cornettos, and a delicious spremuta. Everything was fresh and prepared with care. A nice atmosphere and friendly service top it all off. Highly recommended!
