10/11/2025: Aside from the pizza itself, which is good quality (as long as you like very thin and light dough), my experience was disastrous. The service was poor, to say the least, with rude, dirty, and unprofessional waiters. The premises are also certainly not a plus, and the noise in the rooms is too annoying.

24/10/2025: A very lovely restaurant run proudly by a family. Their food was advertised as being from their own land. EDIT: while the menu itself didn’t show many vegetarian options the restaurant have said they are happy to cater if asked directly. We were just too British and polite to ask for the menu to be changed for us! But the meat and fish dishes looked lavishly delicious. I think their menu changes depending on what they are producing.

26/10/2025: A wonderful place, meticulously crafted, refined, and elegant. The veranda terrace is magnificent, with a spectacular view of the sea from above that will leave you speechless. My meal was divine! Excellent dishes, expertly prepared using top-quality ingredients. The service was impeccable; the owner is a friendly and cheerful person, as are all the staff, always attentive and kind. The value for money is truly 5-star. I absolutely recommend this experience and can't wait to repeat it!

19/10/2025: We are staying not far from Donna Maria and were looking for something nice for dinner. We found just what we were looking for. The bread seems to be a house made loaf which is a pleasant change from some who just drop some rando bread in a basket on the table. This bread is good quality. We began with beef carppacio which was delicious, especially the olive paste which provided a natural salty component. My wife had gnocchi with lamb ragu and I enjoyed the mezzi ziti with a rich beef sauce. Both just wonderful dishes. Especially with Negroamaro to pair with. We finished with a Crema di ricotta pugliese dessert that's a regional favorite. It was a wonderful meal and the staff were professional and friendly.

17/10/2025: We had a very delicious coffee here. The prices were a bit high. It's a nice place to sit, though. Very inviting. The service was very friendly. We didn't eat there, but the menu sounded good.

13/10/2025: Food was fine but service wasn't friendly , hardly said a word to us & we waited 15 minutes to be asked if we would like to see dessert menu which we did , gave in waiting in the end & asked for bill which was given to us immediately so it was obviously already wrote out & had no intention to ask if we wanted any more drinks or dessert , made us feel very unwelcome

04/10/2025: Foscaro🍷wine from the tap is phenomenal💯 We had about 15 dishes on 4 different dinners and the cook aced it every time. Service is always polite and the athmosphere on the end of September was quiet enough for our family. A "hidden" gem.

04/09/2025: Our favorite seafood restaurant! You're spoiled for choice: TOP RAW FISH, delicious hot cold appetizers, mind-blowing first courses, incredible roast and fried dishes! The quality of the seafood is top-notch! The staff and owner complete this experience; you feel at home in a friendly atmosphere. The owner welcomes you and makes you feel at ease in an elegant setting with attention to every detail! Congratulations to this restaurant, in my opinion the number 1 in the entire Chieti-Pescara area!

11/11/2025: CONGRATULATIONS. Sincere compliments. We loved everything, from the appetizers, you could taste the quality and freshness in every bite. The two first courses and the second course... The wild boar cacciatore, which honestly, until now, I've always felt was the strong game, but this is the first restaurant where I've tasted delicacy and, above all, incredible tenderness. Everything, everything, delicious! With a nice DNA Rosso, priced at €78.00, so excellent value for money! Thank you, it will definitely be our favorite place when we're near L'Aquila! Guaranteed!

27/10/2025: My compagno and I enjoyed a delicious dinner here during a roadtrip in Abruzzo, which concluded with the chef, Mario, coming out to say hi to us and gifting us with more of his time after a long day of work. We learned so much about l'Aquila, papal history, the sisma, local specialties and places not to miss in the area. The restaurant's atmosphere is cool and I would have liked to have tried everything on Mario's menu, he is so knowledgable about food and culture, personal glow an unexpected regalo. These experiences make local explorations next level

26/10/2025: If you're looking for a local aperitivo, this is the place! Superb! Local and traditional products—small mazen, I'd call them—that bring our land to the plate, and Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo wine. Dinner is also worth it! Friendly service and a peaceful atmosphere! I'll definitely be back!

02/08/2025: We spent 14 days in Tuscany – and visited Mondo about every other day. No matter where else we tried ice cream, we never had it taste better than at Mondo. My absolute favorite – the affogatino – was fantastic! The staff was very friendly, and despite the language barrier, we always got along well. If we ever come back to this area, we'll definitely go back there.

01/10/2025: The menu had nothing to do with the location and decor. The service took longer than was reasonable for orders. The use of informal "tu" with customers was absolutely unforgivable. The veal sauce literally destroyed the chanterelles. The Pinot Noir was good.

01/10/2025: A couple of years after my first review, I unfortunately have to downgrade it. A very small octopus dish at an unfair price. Even the cicchetti are starting to slip. Be careful, because you have to come here specifically for this...
