31/10/2025: A charming spot in the town of Bosa, the staff are very welcoming and even speak French. You can eat in or take away, and their sandwiches are excellent and reasonably priced (7-9€). I highly recommend it.

22/10/2025: I agree with my previous reviews: dining at Giovanni Cattaneo is always a wonderful surprise! The raw fish appetizer is superbly high-quality and incredibly creative. Other appetizers and first courses are delicious, the meat-based main courses masterfully cooked and harmoniously flavored, and the desserts are classic and perfectly executed. The wine list, featuring many historic vintages of great Italian and international wines, is worth the trip. The service is punctual, courteous, and very professional, but without self-congratulatory rhetoric, which usually conceals ulterior motives. Congratulations to Giovanni and his entire staff!

26/10/2025: La Dispensa welcomes you into a warm, family-friendly atmosphere, and then a series of surprises unfolds, featuring new and original dishes and artisanal, natural wines—a true passion of theirs and the undisputed highlight of the establishment. Our large table was set in the cellar: a precious vault. Colorful tableware and exquisite glassware made us appreciate their delicacies and nectars even more.

The quality, quantity, and price are unbeatable. The matcha tea tiramisu is a must-try. The friendly staff always make dining here a pleasure. Highly recommended.

The Kaiserschmarrn (sweet pancake) made especially for us was our special highlight at the end! Human interaction is very important there! Please keep up the good work – we'd love to come back!
