27/08/2025: We made a reservation through Google because it's close to the Vatican Museum, and it far exceeded our expectations! To start with, the waitresses who served us were SUPER friendly and caring, both in their ability to speak Spanish and in respecting our decision-making time without being pushy like in other places. The food was EXCELLENT and at a very good price; the pasta portions were generous and well prepared. The decor is also elegant, and the air conditioning inside is a welcome feature at the end of August, when the heat is stifling outside (in fact, the waitress offered us two tables to choose from, but recommended the one that was cooler due to the location of the air conditioning, which was a nice touch). Highly recommended and very close to the exhausting museum...

30/08/2025: If you're passing through Casale Monferrato and want to try something tasty and change your mind about vegan cuisine, this is the place to go!!! The Piedmontese appetizer and fantastic fried mushrooms, but also the incredible tagliata! The flavor, the presentation, the colors, and the refined flavors. A pleasant discovery, definitely the best vegan restaurant I've ever been to, and also one of the best overall!

28/07/2025: I recommend it, the food is excellent, typical Calabrian cuisine, all homemade, a typical welcoming place and friendly staff, not to mention the owner, a very kind and honest gentleman from another era. I lost a pair of glasses and he immediately took steps to send them to me, a truly good man.

20/07/2025: We stopped to sleep and eat at "Il Normano" on our way to Sicily. The rooms were very welcoming, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. They offer self-service breakfast; we enjoyed it very much. As for the restaurant, everything was perfect: excellent pizza, fast service, and very friendly staff and manager. They greeted us with a smile even though they were closing. I recommend both the restaurant and the rooms. Fair prices. Thank you very much.

30/08/2025: Very elegant restaurant, excellent service. We had truffle bruschetta and truffle umbrichelli, both very good. The pigeon alla leccarda was definitely exceptional, and the wine they recommended paired perfectly with our order. We'll be back and will definitely recommend it.

30/08/2025: Exceptional meal in the heart of Orvieto! You can see why this restaurant has been Michelin-rated every year since 2017. The service is exceptional, the food is delicious and the atmosphere is lively and authentic. We had the salsiccia e pane to start, along with an antipasto misto. We were surprised to see that the sausage was served raw, but we were adventurous and dove right in. It was excellent! The "Don Marcello" pasta was absolutely delicious, as was the cingiale (stewed chunks of perfectly cooked wild boar). The pana cotta was also excellent, the perfect finish to a superb meal. Highly recommended for an excellent meal at a reasonable price!

28/08/2025: Last night, I had the pleasure of dining at a Chinese restaurant that absolutely enchanted me. The atmosphere is elegant and refined, with meticulous attention to detail: from the soft lighting to the minimal yet welcoming furnishings, everything contributes to a relaxing and classy atmosphere. The menu offers traditional dishes revisited with a modern twist, impeccably presented. Each course is a small masterpiece, both for the palate and the eye. The flavors are balanced, authentic, and never banal. You can sense the great attention to detail in the selection of ingredients and preparation. Special praise goes to the staff: extremely kind, smiling, and always attentive to the needs of their guests. They make you feel pampered from the first to the last moment, without ever being intrusive. A restaurant I highly recommend to anyone seeking a quality culinary experience in an elegant and refined setting. I will definitely be back!

06/09/2025: In Piadena, nestled in the countryside of Cremona and Mantua, lies this trattoria, a tradition passed down through generations. The rustic atmosphere takes you back in time and adds a touch of class to the atmosphere. The staff is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The cuisine is locally sourced, with very interesting dishes. From excellent cured meats to traditional local first and second courses. I highly recommend this place to both those passing through and those visiting.

Each dish demonstrates a deep respect for traditional recipes, enhanced by masterful execution. A special mention goes to the assortment of homemade charcuterie, of remarkable quality, which kicks things off with a delicious treat. Among the rich selection of dishes, we particularly enjoyed two regional favorites: the Marubini ai brodi, comforting and subtle, and the Sorbir di Marubini, deliciously spicy. The main courses stand out for their finesse and authenticity: The Porc-tonné, interpreted according to Pellegrino Artusi's original recipe (1891), offers a perfect balance between sweetness and character. The roast beef from Punta d'Anca di Sbottona, meltingly tender, seduces with its remarkable tenderness. The carefully curated wine list harmoniously complements the dishes. Also noteworthy: the possibility of purchasing homemade products on-site, a testament to the establishment's artisanal expertise. The service is impeccable, combining professionalism, a smile, and kindness. A special thank you to the owner, whose insightful explanations allowed us to easily navigate this generous menu. We highly recommend this place: charmed from our first visit, we returned a second time during the same week. A big congratulations to the entire team for these delicious experiences.
