A truly charming place, we had an excellent lunch. The service was truly attentive, the place is quiet and allows for a peaceful meal.
The places are very characteristic, and we were even given an appetizer before we started.

Very nice place, courteous and very helpful staff, elegant and refined atmosphere, maintaining a style with an identity befitting its name.
I am infinitely grateful to the staff for waiting for us, even though we were late, despite being notified in advance, but their friendliness was more than appreciated.
Good food, a very good wine list, absolutely delicious food and drink, although I would like to highlight two points that I think need reconsidering:
Even if I had ordered two glasses of wine, I would have appreciated a tasting rather than having the wine poured directly.
Secondly, the heavy presence of garlic in a first course where it wasn't specified on the menu or even by the staff. In places like this, I think it can be avoided, especially for diners who aren't accustomed to this aromatic bulb, despite its great health benefits.
Of course, these are personal opinions that don't detract from the overall quality of the experience.

Casa Crippa Wine Shop.
Wine Shop: nothing could be more true. We're in a monumental winery in Canelli, offering a wine selection carefully crafted with a loving balance of terroir, quality, and flavor. Simply perfect.
Casa: You only need to walk in the door to feel the warmth; one step down the stairs to the cellar is enough to understand that here the customer is a guest. Just like at home.
Crippa: They are just as they are, without filters, never intrusive protagonists, hospitable without overwhelming their guests.
Anita, who gets a little embarrassed when she receives compliments, but when she smiles, her eyes light up. How much does she enjoy her job? A lot.
Dario, who I'm sure, in addition to his wonderful collection of eyeglass frames, also has an extraordinary collection of shoes. He can travel the world, but he always wants to return here.
Diego, you can't see him, but you can feel him. So much research, so many hours, so many tests to express his desire to innovate without disrupting. It's difficult to inherit a history and make it your own without ruining it. Well done, you did it.
Riccardo and Fiorella embody the tireless skill of pinching, of Plin, and the conscious pride of having turned their home into a wonderful place.
P.S. I forgot, everything was delicious! Two dishes are the true UNESCO heritage of this house: the panna cotta and ravioli del Plin.
