Bacco Bistrot In Bosa

Located in the heart of Bosa's city center, this very charming restaurant features unique furnishings and outdoor dining options along the main street. Excellent food, especially the fried cujurones served with a wide variety of sauces and the pistoccu (a type of pasta) you can create yourself by choosing the individual ingredients. Fair prices, excellent quality.

Fantastic, we arrived, a 1-minute wait, and they immediately set up a table for us. The food is excellent; you can build your own sandwich or choose from the menu (you can also add ingredients to the pre-made ones). For those who don't want a sandwich, there are salads, platters, and many other options. I highly recommend it if you're passing through, have kids, or want a great meal.

Whenever we're in Bosa, this place is a must! Located on a beautiful street in the historic center, the staff are incredibly friendly. But most of all, the food is delicious... we love the stuffed bistoccu, highly recommended! They also have a really wide selection of local craft beers, and they're all excellent!

We had lunch at this place, which we found by chance. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was tasty, with options for every need.

Bacco Bistrot in the old town of picturesque Bosa goes to great lengths for its guests: the food is very good, the service friendly, and the seating is pleasant in the shade. My only wish was that my "Insalata Montana" had some dressing. The ingredients were excellent.

We stopped by for an espresso this morning and had a great experience (and even bought two T-shirts 😉). Later, we also had lunch here; the selection was excellent, the service was excellent, the food was excellent, and the atmosphere was excellent. What more could you ask for? Located in the heart of the cute, colorful town of Bosa, Bacco Bistrot serves a menu of local specialties with a modern presentation. As a starter to share, Su Trazzeri was a huge wooden board with Sardinian cured meats, cheeses, jams; seasonal fruits (kiwi, watermelon, cantaloupe); panadas (fried pastries with ground meat); bistoccu topped with cheese, zucchini, onions, and preserved meat; preserved vegetables (artichokes, olives, sundried tomatoes); and glasses of house wine. The entire spread was colorful and vibrant, and my favorite single component was the ricotta cheese topped with walnuts. Next, the Caprese di Mare salad was a layered tower of tomatoes, mozzarella, shrimp, caramelized onions, arugula, and basil. The shrimp were super plump and juicy and went nicely with the fresh, juicy tomatoes and mozzarella. But my favorite dish of all was the Calameda Bistoccu di Montresta, a crusty trencher of toasted bread topped with octopus, artichoke creme, radicchio, caramelized onions, and fried zucchini. The slices of octopus were super tender and came together with all the other components perfectly on the toasty bread! Overall, the food here was creative, colorful, and delicious—a must-try restaurant in Bosa!
