28/06/2025: The waiter was chill and kind. He was talkative, helped us to choose drink. There is no menu, the waiter asks you what is your preference and recommends you a cocktail. I sure recommend this place.

03/08/2025: Abbiamo pranzato in questo locale durante le nostre vacanze in Alto Adige. Appena seduti ha iniziato a diluviare e tutto il personale si è prodigato per far sì che non ci arrivasse nemmeno una goccia d'acqua. E per portarci il pranzo andavano avanti e indietro sotto la pioggia. Detto ciò la pizza e i panini sono molto buoni e riccamente conditi. Locale consigliatissimo.

04/09/2025: I was impressed by the variety of ideas brought to the table, dishes carefully crafted, presented, and described in detail, flavors enhanced by sometimes unusual condiments and sauces. The wine list also boasts a good selection. It's difficult to choose a favorite, but the rice boiled in fish broth with raw fish absolutely delighted my palate, a perfect balance of savory, smoky flavors, a hint of spiciness, and the perfectly cooked grains. After dessert, the Chef offered us a taste of his creation featuring pine cones and walnuts in sweet sauces.

03/09/2025: The food is divine, high-quality cuisine, with surprising and alternative dishes, and friendly and efficient staff. The desserts are amazing. What more can I say? Oh... yes... I forgot: excellent value for money.

19/08/2025: Four adults and one child came here for dinner. The mussels were perfectly prepared, the sea bass was perfect 👍, and the dessert was sensational. Top-notch service, and we'll be back.

14/08/2025: We order spaghetti with clams (tasteless) and we get lupini, we ask for information about it the owner, pink/fuchsia Cappelli, answers us rudely that she was explaining the difference between lupini and clams (baravassi) for her, clams are a completely different thing but oh well hahaha Things that we know more about fish than her, I order a pizza with potatoes and sausage, we get a dish with only sausage and potatoes and I say that we ordered a pizza with sausage and potatoes but the owner, always rude, reiterates that in the children's menu there is no pizza with sausage and potatoes, that none of us ordered the children's menu because we were not even provided with this menu, I can only express my thought, that the owner should change jobs because the clientele is not for her, moreover she should learn something from the blonde waitress who is top, polite, friendly and manages each table in the best way, at the time of payment she gave us a separate bill (a decent thing) but I had to leave zero receipt Request it! I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. IF YOU CAN, GO ELSEWHERE. PS: TOO MANY MOSQUITOES AND IT'S EXTREMELY HOT. I RECOMMEND FANS AND MAYBE SOME AUTAN FOR THE CUSTOMERS.

14/09/2025: During the Sagra dei Crotti, I had the opportunity to try this delightful place. It wasn't a random choice; I was looking for traditional dishes with a touch of thoughtfulness, and I must say they fully met my expectations. Two of us chose the traditional menu, and one dish was even better than the other: Sciatt with a little batter and lots of cheese, pizzoccheri with just the right seasoning, not drowned in butter. The meat melted in your mouth and wasn't even necessary with a knife, so tender it was. The dessert on the menu wasn't anything fancy, but it was good. Then we ordered tagliolini with mushrooms from the menu—exceptional—delicate and without seasoning. The dish was so generous that we only needed dessert to finish. The dessert was a true delight: a cannoli with blueberries. The atmosphere was elegant, and the service is set in silver! The staff were extremely friendly and the service was very fast. Average bill, considering that we ate quality food: 3 of us, two menus and 1 à la carte - €50 per person, obviously we didn't have wine.

04/09/2025: It's an osteria, so it's a basic place. But the food and service are good. Vegetarian options are also available. The atmosphere is welcoming. The wines are reasonably priced. Recommended.

03/09/2025: It was not a good experience. Waiters were rude. There was nobody when i walked in and after i sit somewhere they were mad. The pizza was one of the worst I experienced in Italy. They also forgot my beer. But at least their main chef is kind, he said sorry.

08/09/2025: We sat on the terrace overlooking Lake Molveno, the town of Molveno, and numerous hang gliders. Among other things, they served delicious Linzer Torte.

23/08/2025: La Bottega delle Casellina welcomed us as if we were visiting a relative. Unique in its kind. The girls were all very kind and smiling. The excellent food is served in traditional Tuscan coccini (pots) or small pans that allow it to be eaten hot. Very fresh vegetables. We ordered - tagliatelle with wild boar - pappardelle with wild boar - pici alla nana - tomato and leek meatballs (melt in your mouth) - various side dishes, both seasoned, sautéed, and fried All very good, including the bread. The price was good for the quality.

13/07/2025: Excellent quality pizza, made with local ingredients and easy to digest. Wonderful place and service. Prices are a little high...but worth it.

08/07/2025: Poor pizzas and low-level service. Unprofessional and improvised waiters and poor organization, despite the place being tiny. Mosquitoes ate us all night and all this for a rubbery pizza. Never again. Catering is not for everyone
