I was there to celebrate my thirtieth birthday with my girlfriend. The Moeche and Scampi starter was very fresh and tasty, a perfect start to our dinner. I then took their very famous dry aged pigeon, accompanied by a brioche bread with orange liqueur and a pâté of pigeon livers and hearts. The meat was very tender and the flavor was truly unique. My girlfriend instead opted for a wagyu ribeye aged for 40 days, which melted in her mouth. To end on a high note, we chose a yogurt mousse with berries, a simple dessert that surprised us with its freshness and delicacy. In addition to the excellent food, the service was impeccable. The staff was friendly, attentive and always ready to answer our questions. The menu, which can be consulted online, is truly spacious and offers a vast choice of dishes for all tastes. The wine list is equally wide and complete. The prices are significant, but absolutely justified for the quality of the food, the service and the atmosphere. Dispensa is a restaurant that I highly recommend to anyone who wants a truly special dining experience As per your habit, I didn't take photos in the venue as I was distracted by the experience.

Ein besonderer Ort mit exzellenten Speisen und einem vorzüglichen Bioburgunder. Wir waren alle überaus zufrieden. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Esperienza unica nel suo genere… Materia prima di qualità eccezionale frutto di ricerca e passione per il proprio lavoro. Personale solare e competente in materia. Ti aiutano e ti trasportano proprio in un momento dove puoi staccare con la mente e assaporare cibo fatto con amore. Consiglio di andare fuori per settimana, io non amo la confusione sopratutto quando mangio quelle volte che mi dedico del bene per me stesso e la mia compagna. Ma la cosa che vi resterà in mente quando uscirete dalla porta e il benessere e la voglia di ritornarci presto perché è stato veramente una esperienza unica come sentirsi a casa. Ps. Se avete fretta di mangiare non è il posto che fa per voi….

Se vivessi più vicino vivrei pieno di debiti perché sarei qui un giorno si e l'altro pure. La qualità della cucina e della materia prima in generale è indiscutibile, se siete poi appassionati di vino ne avete per tutti i gusti. Un posto fantastico dove ritornerò senz'altro alla prima occasione possibile.

Il titolo dice tutto. Locale curato nei particolari, personale super preparato e cordiale, affatto invadente. Vini naturali e biologici incredibili. Tagli di carne eccezionali. Antipasti tutti da provare, lasagna favolosa e piccione pazzesco. Panettone e cremoso al cioccolato imperdibili. E poi, il padrone di casa, Michele, troppo avanti!

Di domenica a pranzo con prenotazione in cinque persone. Locale accogliente in stile osteria senza tovaglia sul tavolo. Tutto quello che abbiamo mangiato e bevuto è stato di nostro gradimento. Il servizio seppur familiare e gentile è stato un pelo lungo. All'interno un esposizione di vini e di carne di alta qualità. Avremmo preferito mangiare all'interno ma non ci è stato permesso per motivi organizzativi. Il conto è troppo alto. La costata Portoghese da euro 240,00 come da scontrino, per poco meno di due persone ha inciso notevolmente sul conto, buona ma non ne giustifica il prezzo. Anche perchè siamo appena rientrati dal Portogallo e ne abbiamo mangiate di più buone alla metà del prezzo.
