20/08/2025: What can I say? A fantastic experience, excellent quality food. We were craving burgers, so we limited ourselves, but the meat selection is truly vast and top-quality. Definitely worth trying again. The place is very well-maintained, even quite romantic, and the staff is so kind that it's hard to find these days. Highly recommended 🤩🤩🤩

19/08/2025: The quality meats were truly excellent. We ordered two tastings with custom doneness. Delicious side dishes and other interesting dishes on the menu are also available, which we'll try next time. The atmosphere is clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back! Reservations are recommended.

21/08/2025: I stayed in Milan for one night and, after hearing excellent reviews, decided to dine here with my wife. The restaurant is cozy and family-run, with only the mother and her son taking care of everything, which gives it a very personal and authentic touch. Before I mention the food, I want to highlight the hospitality. In many touristic places in Italy, we felt that if you don’t speak the language, people can sometimes be unfriendly or impatient. However, this was a wonderful exception. The son was incredibly welcoming, kind, and always trying to explain and help, which made us feel at home right away. Now to the food — simply the best we had in Italy. As a welcome, they served us bread with extra virgin olive oil, and I can honestly say I had never tasted oil of such high quality in my life. We ordered the tuna tartare with lime and mint, the tortelli with cheese and pear, and the spaghetti with fresh lobster. Each dish was outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. This is not the cheapest place in Milan, but it is absolutely worth it for the quality and experience. If you love good food and appreciate genuine hospitality, I strongly recommend visiting — you will not regret it.

08/08/2025: Having just arrived in Milan we took a recommendation from the Man in Seat 61 and tried this beautiful little restaurant near to our hotel. We were not disappointed because the food was delicious and the service was very friendly and welcoming. If we return to Milan I hope we will be able to eat here again. I had the Milanese risotto it was gorgeous and everyone else in my family also loved their meals.

24/07/2025: If you live in the area, the Blu Bar is a must-visit! The atmosphere is cheerful and relaxed, the drinks menu is appealing, and there's always a good selection of food. It's always a pleasure to spend time at the Blu Bar; it feels right at home.

30/07/2025: I decided to celebrate my graduation at this restaurant, and I have to say they were incredibly helpful and kind. They gave me a customized menu with vegetarian options in no time! The food was delicious, everyone loved it, and I can honestly say the flavors are authentic, just like the ones I tried in Seoul. I highly recommend it :)

20/07/2025: A small but very welcoming restaurant in every way. The food is excellent (the tagine and hummus are delicious, for example) and the service is very attentive, fast, and attentive. When I'm in Bologna, I always return with joy to feel like I'm in my beloved Morocco. 19/07/2025: Whenever you need to quickly find a place in Bolognina for an unusual dinner, Al-Kantara is a surefire choice. North African cuisine from a modest but tasty and high-quality menu, in a small but pleasant and welcoming space, just like the owner and his staff.

13/06/2025: Evening spent with friends, excellent food especially the meat (1.6kg Florentine steak), excellent service practical, friendly and professional, intimate but informal environment, excellent bill. Absolutely to try.

06/06/2025: Delicious food: there were 4 of us and we had a tartare to share (chopped in front of us, great size), a plate of tagliolini with mushrooms and truffle and, last but not least, a 1.5 kg Florentine steak, very tender! Three desserts, three coffees, free liqueurs. For the quantity and quality, coming out with 32 euros per person was almost surprising. We decided to go back very soon!

28/08/2025: A flawless two nights in a row at this establishment, bravo! The dishes we ordered were exquisite, especially the parmigiana and ravioli, but also the fresh, homemade tagliatelle. The service was friendly, attentive, fast, and professional, yet very friendly. Sitting on the terrace, the view is superb. What a joy. Thank you 1000 times.

20/07/2025: Serendipity is a rare gem because it encompasses so many aspects of a wonderful vacation. It's rare to find a family so completely dedicated to the property, but they succeed because they do it with love and dedication. Perfect breakfast, especially high-quality, from the cured meats (freshly sliced) to the desserts, delicious warm croissants, eggs, and fresh fruit. If you choose (and do) the half-board option, you'll have the option of lunch or dinner in their restaurant, and you'll be treated like a restaurant guest, as you can choose your dishes from the menu. Outdoor facility with lots of greenery and a truly large pool. Access to the spa is available. Perfect location for visiting the area. The only drawback is the proximity to a road that can be quite busy during the day. A big hug to Elisa and Luca, keep up the good work! Renzo, Tania, and little Leandro.

19/07/2025: Il Serendipity è una perla rara perché racchiude tanti concetti per una bellissima vacanza. È raro trovare una famiglia dedita a 360° per la struttura ma loro ci riescono perché lo fanno con amore e dedizione. Colazione perfetta, soprattutto di alta qualità dai salumi(tagliati al momento) ai dolci, cornetti squisiti caldi, uova e frutta fresca. Se scegliete(fatelo) l'opzione mezza pensione avrete la possibilità di scegliere di pranzare o cenare.. nel loro ristorante e verrete trattati da clienti di un ristorante visto che potrete scegliere le pietanza da menù. Struttura esterna con molto verde e piscina veramente grande. Possibilità di accedere alla SPA. Posizione perfetta per visitare la zona. Unico neo la vicinanza ad una strada di giorno un po' trafficata. Un grande abbraccio ad Elisa e Luca, continuate così! Renzo, Tania e il piccolo Leandro.

07/09/2025: The reviews seem overhyped to me. The food was decent but the menu was very misleading. The food we got looked nothing like the pictures and I'd go so far as to say the names are inaccurate. We ordered "spicy chicken" but got sweet and sour chicken. We also ordered "boiled spicy fish" but got fish in a mushroom broth. Not to mention there was very little actual fish in the dish. If you're travelling and need a quick hit of rice or Chinese food, this place will definitely do the trick. However, keep your expectations tempered.

16/08/2025: I had dinner with my family at this restaurant, which my sister had been telling me about for years, having been there several times and always been satisfied. We began the evening by discovering that there were daily specials off the menu, so I decided to order one: an arancini stuffed with sausage and truffle on a pecorino cream. It's not a bad idea to offer an Umbrian version of an arancini, a standard dish (the cheese base was especially good). The other appetizers we ordered (one with prosciutto and finocchiona, the other with fried polenta) were also good. After the appetizers, perhaps due to the fact that the place was busy, we waited a bit for the main course, but that can happen, no big deal. I had ordered the pork terrine with caramelized onions and cardoncelli mushrooms. Since nothing else was specified, I expected the terrine and vegetables, but to my surprise, I didn't find any caramelized onions either on the terrine or in the meat. When asked specifically, the waiter stated that the onion was in the bowl. I politely reiterated this when he came to clear our plates, but got no response or further explanation. The funny thing, however, happened later: another waitress came to bring us the dessert menus and abruptly placed the ones for me and the person sitting next to me in front of me, visibly irritated. Shocked by this, we passed by and checked the desserts; we wanted to order something, but we gave up due to the wait, which in my opinion was unjustified, since at that point in the dinner the place was almost empty. Nothing else was asked of us, we paid (a fair amount) and left. What can I say? I'm sorry for how the evening went and for the treatment I received, with a question asked politely but seen as something profane that should be avoided, which revealed unprofessional behavior. Strange, because in 2025, I thought it was normal to receive a question from a customer and give an answer, especially if the question was repeated. In summary: nice location (village), "ok" food and prices, so-so service. I'm glad the place is doing so well, but I wouldn't go back.
