Welcoming and friendly service, absolutely delicious food. The carpione jelly is incredibly tasty. Very fair prices for the area, especially considering the quality.

Traditional dishes, expertly prepared with quality ingredients. We ate really well, the waiters were excellent, and the place was welcoming, tidy, and clean. I highly recommend the tagliatelle with meat sauce—the best I've ever had!

My wife and I went for dinner on Friday evening. We had two exceptional first courses: bigoli with sardines and trofie with Raricchio pesto. We also had a second course to share: cod with polenta. You could taste all the ingredients, which is a testament to the excellent quality of the ingredients, the perfect proportions, and the beautiful presentation. Highly recommended!!! Kaz is number one!!

We celebrated my 50th birthday and my brother-in-law's 40th, seven adults and four children. The location was simple and welcoming, the food was excellent, and the service was friendly and impeccable. We sampled local cured meats, accompanied by gnocco fritto (fried gnocchi) made with spelt flour (truly interesting), two baskets of fried bleak (aole), and a superb giardiniera (pickled vegetables). Next, we tried bigoli with anchovies, capers, and lemon zest; spaghetti with shrimp bisque and guanciale; homemade tagliatelle with ragù; and risotto alla pilota (rice) with spare ribs. We had a little time left over for an amazing tiramisu and a Ferrarese cake called tenerina (a must-try). All of this was washed down with three bottles of excellent-value red wine from a Botticino winery. The coffee and liqueurs were unique, all of which were made in-house.
A truly satisfying experience, thanks to the high quality of the ingredients and the way they were treated. Very pleasant background music and very friendly service from both the waitress and the owner.
