22/08/2025: We got married at La Vacherie on August 2, 2025, and we couldn't have asked for anything better! We celebrated the civil ceremony in the garden, a beautifully landscaped and charming spot, and continued with dinner outdoors: a magical atmosphere, everything perfectly organized. The food was excellent and the service impeccable. Francesco, Andrea, and the entire staff were professional, attentive to every detail, and always available. The perfect location for an unforgettable day. Thank you so much!

06/08/2025: I'm Muslim. The first time I went, I asked for dough without lard. The main question was, "Don't you eat pork?" Me: No. They told me, "Next time you come, let me know in advance so they can clean your piadina station thoroughly before cooking it (contamination). I was shocked because I wasn't expecting it. It's been my favorite piadina place for three years, not to mention it's delicious and affordable."

29/07/2025: We dined at the Terrazza for the first time, taking advantage of the outdoor veranda, which I really appreciated. The bread is a mixed and varied selection, with alternatives. The two first courses we ordered weren't up to par: orecchiette baresi were a bit overcooked and flavorless despite the tuna, and the marinara risotto was basically risotto with scampi cream, so completely different and quite creamy. The second courses, on the other hand, were truly excellent! We recommend the tuna and the sea bass fillet with grilled calamari! The trio of desserts and their pampering assortment of mixed biscuits to finish were also excellent. Bill: €120 for two for: 2 first courses, 2 second courses, 1 dessert, and two glasses of wine.

16/05/2025: We stopped here every evening on our stay in Trapani! Paola is a fantastic sommelier who really shows off the best of Sicilian wines! We also had a few snacks here too which were excellent! Paola was very accommodating me being a vegetarian!

15/08/2025: Having recently stopped in for a simple aperitif, after staying in this hotel many years ago, I was delighted to find the kindness and hospitality I remembered from the current owners. The establishment, located in the center of town in a perfectly preserved historic building, is very charming.

03/08/2025: Quaint family-owned hotel, we were well looked after and the back garden is very pleasant. The building is by the side of the main road, something to have in mind if you’re a light sleeper, but otherwise well worth the stay.

22/08/2025: We each ordered a starter (pasta), a shared main course, and dessert after seeing the restaurant recommendation in the Michelin Guide. The main course was served to us individually in small portions, which was super nice and thoughtful! The tortellini were the best we ate on this vacation 🥰 Everything we ate was very good. The service was friendly and unobtrusive.

27/08/2025: The staff is very helpful and kind (unlike many places in the area), the pizza is good and in the Kebap there is a beautiful mosaic (a giant photograph) which makes it clear that the owner likes art, and all this is very nice.

21/08/2025: We returned after the remodel... and once again, Sisters has confirmed its status as a must-visit in Latina Scalo! The restaurant has undergone a makeover, with a warmer and more refined atmosphere, now firmly focused on dining, without losing its traditionally welcoming spirit. A clear improvement in quality, both in the ambiance and the menu. The owners are always courteous, smiling, and attentive, and manage to convey that feeling of being at home that is increasingly rare these days. The lunch was excellent, as we've come to expect. Carefully crafted dishes, quality ingredients, authentic flavors, and generous portions. Each course reflects attention and passion. We also took a few photos (which I'm happy to attach) because they truly deserve it: not only delicious, but also beautiful to look at! Congratulations on the new look and the consistent quality that has never wavered over the years. We'll definitely be back... and we recommend it to anyone looking for a high-end lunch break or a casual lunch with style.

08/08/2025: Very good piadina! The dough is good and easy to digest. The flavors vary, with a sense of purpose and the combinations are more than spot-on. Quality ingredients are expertly prepared. Talking to the staff reveals their passion for their work and the pleasure of serving an absolutely delicious product! They have a lovely outdoor area where you can eat in peace. A must-try for both piadina lovers and those who aren't fans of this type of restaurant!

20/07/2025: stumbled upon this place by chance and was absolutely delighted. The service was fast and attentive, with a fantastic selection of traditional Italian pastries and excellent coffee. My top pick: the sfogliatella—perfectly crisp with a delicate filling. I also loved the ricottina, with its cookie-like dough, creamy ricotta filling, chocolate chips, and raisins. Just wow!

07/09/2025: The pizza was really good and the staff was very friendly. We all left full and happy :)) I would definitely recommend this place. Luckily we had a reservation because shortly after we arrived there was a queue forming outside. So I would recommend making a reservation.

07/09/2025: We spontaneously discovered the restaurant via Google Maps and were more than impressed. Luckily, we were able to reserve a table, as the line outside was briefly quite long. The service was excellent, both from the owner and the waitresses: courteous, friendly, and humorous. Even as a group of four people in our early 20s, we felt more than comfortable, even though the rest of the clientele was a bit older. Apart from that, the food, especially the pizzas, was absolutely delicious. For those on the fence, I can definitely recommend the pizza for 2-4 people with up to four toppings to share. We (two people) were more than satisfied and delighted with the combination of Diavola 2.0, Diavoletto, Cacio e pepe, and Carbonara 2.0. (See photo) I personally didn't particularly enjoy the espresso due to its rather sour and bitter flavor profile, but regardless, I would definitely come back here.
