Today we had lunch at Da Marcellino in Cusano Mutri. We ate gnocchi alla bolognese, tagliatelle with mushrooms, mutton skewers, sausage, French fries, and various pickled vegetables. All the dishes were delicious, homemade, and light, even in terms of price. We were served by Giovanni, Marcello's son, with kindness and courtesy. The place was charming, welcoming, and beautifully decorated. The food, service, and ambiance all deserve five stars.

Truly a great place, excellent value, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The only small drawback is the parking lot, which is small and complicated; on busy days, you might not find a spot.

We ate wonderfully: generous portions, fresh ingredients, and authentic, traditional flavors. The real surprise, however, was the bill: it's rare to find such high quality at such a low price. If you're looking for authentic cuisine without breaking the bank, this is the place. Kudos to the staff: they're eager and work with a passion and harmony that's hard to come by these days.
