05/09/2025: The owner and staff are professional and friendly. The owner in particular is meticulous and attentive. Delicious pastries, and the location is ideal for a break from the heat. Relaxing view of the Basilica's dome. Highly recommended!

The beers are obviously their strong point, as there are so many of them, and the food lives up to the expectations of the menu, everything is very good and tasty. I sincerely hope you continue like this for many more years to come, because you deserve it!

07/09/2025: This place is a pleasant find in our trip. The atmosphere is amazing, like a lost magical garden. The sounds of the waterfall, as there is a stream nearby. Delicious food and service at the highest level. We will definitely come here again

06/09/2025: I left the restaurant about 30 minutes later, and we were still talking about the food, the service, and the friendliness. What can I say? For someone who travels 250 km to make a brother-in-law from San Martino happy, finding a restaurant like this makes you want to say: I'm booking for Sunday. Thanks for everything, excellent food, excellent service, thank you so much, I recommend it and stay at mom's house ❤️

22/06/2025: I have been coming to this restaurant for 65 years, my parents came here before I was born, they always cook divinely, they make pappardelle with hare sauce that are out of this world and the rest is no exception.

The classics are mastered to perfection, and the less traditional dishes are surprising. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the wait time was reasonable. In the heart of the Trastevere district, a quieter area than the historic center.

07/09/2025: Best tagliatta di manzo in town so far. Pizza also very good. We like the food, restaurant and staff, but we picked the wrong night to eat because there was a large party on the two tables next to us that meant we needed ear defenders (very nice ceiling and great acoustics). One family came in and the bloke stuffed a serviette into his ears. Sorry no pictures. We drank until our ears became accustomed to the noise. If you like good food you must go 😀

I'm not sure what better here, the food or the service.
We came without reservation (realy needed if u want to find a table), and despite that, the manager squeezed us in.
The waitresses were just amazing and helpful and so kind and patient with the kids (also brought special cartoon plastic glasses for them).
About the food- rich and plenty. Every need of us heard and been respected.
And the tastes - unique and delicious.

p.s came back after 3 years- all the same !!!

17/08/2025: I gave it top marks because the trattoria is a perfect combination of flavors, quality, and value. Antonio, the trattoria's manager, was able to welcome us and explain all the dishes he recommended. Returning to Benevento? Definitely, but with a pit stop at Trattoria Il Cinghiale.
