Fantastic platter with cured meats, the Florentine steak cost a little even if it's worth eating at least once in your life. The price I put at €20-30 per person would have been without it.

Tipico bar-bottega nei primi del Novecento, oggi l'Osteria offre una schietta cucina casalinga friulana. Gli antipasti sono semplici assemblaggi di buoni prodotti Slow Food, secondo la fantasia dello chef. Gli Gnocchi di patate di Ovoledo sono gustosi ma - a gusto personale - un po' mollicci, troppo cotti. Il Gulash ricorda più uno spezzatino ma forse quello alla triestina non prevede l'abbondante uso di spezie con il grado di piccantezza tipico di quello d'Oltralpe. Servizio cortese, nella norma.

Consigliato da amici, siamo andati a pranzo in questo locale. Il menù è stato veramente ottimo e il vino del Collio è stato eccezionale.

La Vecia Osteria Del Moro

29/03/2024: Particular environment, created from a former convent. The stone arches are beautiful, the atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is very kind and knowledgeable. The dishes are traditional, but there is no lack of originality. Dishes revisited and taken care of in detail. Prices appropriate to the quality, super central location in the city.
24/03/2024: Very characteristic place, you can taste the air of home and history. The staff is super professional and know how to make you feel at ease, as well as always recommending the best. Typical Friulian dishes, all very good, the quality can be felt even in "poor" dishes, nice place, excellent food, exceptional staff, and the icing on the cake, the owner! Fantastic, very nice, friendly and attentive, number one! Congratulations everyone, very well done.
