I'm writing this review halfway through the menu because, well, what do you want to say other than "thank you" 😭

Wonderful experience presented by a lovely couple. We had a fantastic tasting menu with wine pairings that lasted for a comfortable 3 hours. They only host 18 guests a night so make a reservation.

Classy atmosphere and REAL first class chef food

Searching the Michelin Guide website, I found pots and pans and test tubes. Intrigued by the name, my husband and I decided to book a dinner. Upon arriving at the very welcoming restaurant, we were greeted by the smiling Rossella and opted for the "blind tasting" experience. Now, I usually travel to restaurants and have even been to Michelin-starred restaurants several times, but the atmosphere I found here is unlike anything I've experienced anywhere else. We're not just talking about masterfully executed food, great preparation, and professionalism. We're talking about the deep love that binds Luca and Rossella to the work they've chosen. We ate about 10 different courses, and each one was better than the last. The food is prepared and treated with profound respect and delicious flavor. Luca personally comes to the table, and his narration captivates you and draws you into his world. In short, we ate divinely and spent a pleasant evening in the company of two excellent guides. The distance doesn't help, but we'll definitely be back at the first opportunity. We'll hear about this restaurant in the future, I'm more than certain of it.

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and can say without hesitation that it deserves a 10 out of 10. The service is impeccable: attentive and never intrusive. An added bonus is the staff's willingness to explain the dishes, passionately explaining both the preparation methods and the origins of the ingredients and wines. What makes this place special is the owners' philosophy: starting with simple ingredients, rooted in the Puglia region, and then enhancing them with creativity. The result is a cuisine that surprises, combining tradition and innovation thanks to the inclusion of elements and influences from other international cuisines, all balanced in a perfect way that satisfies even the most discerning palates. An authentic yet original gastronomic experience. We will be delighted to return ❤️
