A truly enjoyable family dinner. There were four of us and we had made a reservation for 7:30 PM. The restaurant is small and cozy, with limited seating, and they also do a lot of takeout. The atmosphere is quiet, not noisy, and well-air-conditioned. We started with the cecina, which was truly excellent. Next came a Pisan pizza (capers, anchovies, and parmesan), two sausage and stracchino pizzas, and a half pita bread stuffed with 24-month-old San Daniele prosciutto, lettuce, and tomato. Everything was delicious, with quality ingredients and well-made dough. We also appreciated the choice of different dough types and small and large pizza sizes. The wood-fired oven is noteworthy, making all the difference: the pizza is light and not fried. Ultimately, it's very digestible. The menu focuses on pizza, cecina, stuffed schiacciata, and a few other specialties, but everything is carefully prepared. To finish, we tried the Nutella croissant, served warm with a dusting of powdered sugar: a true delight. The service was fast, attentive, and very friendly. Excellent value, especially considering Pisa's average prices. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended.

I ordered a PIZZA with Prosciutto Crudo, and this is the result: so GOOD that I finished it in five minutes 😎. And even the initial cecina (crispy, steaming, delicious) had the same delightful end. Highly recommended!!!!

Delicious pizza and dried beef, they're packed!! We went on a Saturday night and the place is small, we ordered takeout but even though they were packed the service was very good, the staff very attentive.
