You can immediately sense how much he loves what he does: he explains each dish expertly, carefully selects the pairings, and knows every detail of the ingredients, even their shelf life! When he receives a compliment, his eyes light up: it's touching to see how much he truly cares about offering the best. The menu is simple but carefully chosen, with just a few dishes, all fresh, balanced, and well-thought out. Every course has a purpose; nothing is left to chance. Plus, the service is impeccable: polite, helpful, and always ready to find solutions for any special requests. Truly one of the best services we've ever experienced in a restaurant, even in tourist destinations where the tendency is often to "fill up." 29/07/2025: Stasera ho deciso di trovare il gelato migliore sul lungomare di Schiavonea, leggo le diverse recensioni e decido di assaggiare tre gelati nelle tre gelaterie considerate le migliori in zona e devo dire che questa è LA MIGLIORE! Peccato che il “Croccante al rum” mi ha rovinato il tiramisù che non vedevo l’ora di assaggiare 😔 Ho sbagliato io a prendere questo gusto prima di chiedere di assaggiarlo. “Biscotto”, “Cannolo” e “Piatacchio” buonissimi. Gusti cremosi e molto molto gustosi, se riesco a ripassarci prima di partire vorrei riprendere tiramisù e assaggiare millefoglie. Il cono di 4 gusti è una cialda croccante e molto buona😋 Il commesso GENTILISSIMO oltre che molto carino😅💙❤️

11/08/2025: Extremely disappointing stay and worrying lack of security and respect I stayed at this hotel hoping to have a pleasant stay, but the experience turned into a nightmare. During my absence, I had the very unpleasant surprise of discovering that my luggage had been searched. The arrangement of my belongings had clearly been altered, and some personal belongings had been moved. This type of situation is deeply shocking and unacceptable, especially in a hotel that is supposed to offer comfort and security to its guests. When I reported the problem to the reception desk, the staff's reaction was more than disappointing. No clear explanation was given, and management didn't seem to take the situation seriously. Instead of trying to understand or reassure me, I felt as if my words were being minimized, or even doubted. This lack of professionalism is unworthy of a hotel that claims to welcome its guests in good conditions. A hotel isn't just a place to sleep; it's also a place where you should be able to leave your belongings in peace. Here, trust was completely broken. I felt unsafe for the rest of my stay, forced to guard my personal belongings and fearing for their safety. This ruined my trip and prevented me from enjoying my time there. In summary, I strongly advise against this establishment to anyone who values privacy, the security of their belongings, and a minimum of consideration from the staff. There are many other hotels that, for the same price or less, will treat their guests with honesty, professionalism, and respect. For my part, this is the last time I'll set foot here.

30/07/2025: Excellent location overlooking the valley and the Gran Paradiso glacier. The hotel is historic but somewhat rundown (old, faded furniture in the rooms and worn leather armchairs). I expected better for a hotel costing nearly €500 a day for a B&B. The service is good but not 5-star, with several shortcomings (the breakfast table was left with dirty papers and dishes while I was still there). Parking is cramped and not enough for all guests. There are four good restaurants, but some are overpriced. It gets a minimum rating primarily due to its location.

26/07/2025: WOW! We stumbled upon this place because it was close to our hotel and it was our best find in Venice! The waiter recommend a Venetian wine and it was delicious. We ended up taking a bottle home with us because it was that good. We got the mussels and the portion size was great. Both of our pasta meals were excellent as well. This place is a MUST visit if you’re in the area. It’s tucked away and we saw a few locals eating in there, so we knew it had to be good- and it WAS!

22/07/2025: A charming welcome, the typical dish is played out with care and respect, but the food is very ordinary. Even in Venice, you can get much better for this price.

03/08/2025: There were two of us for dinner. We had an appetizer for two, a first course for two, and a glass of wine each. We spent €83, a crazy amount considering: 1- Location: next to the road where cars constantly pass and in front of a gas station 2- Food: The appetizer consisted of ricotta, two types of fried food (a mozzarella and a potato croquette), caponata, and breaded peppers. Anyone familiar with the quality-price ratio of food understands that the ingredients in these courses are not expensive, and therefore the €35 price tag for the appetizer seems completely unjustified. The spaghetti with shrimp tartare was good, but the €25 price tag wasn't specified on the menu because it was off-menu. 3- Wines: The wine list offers a decent selection, except that they're priced at double, if not triple, compared to a hypothetical purchase at a wine shop or supermarket. Fortunately, we opted for two glasses. I hope this is a strategic choice due to the high season, even if it's unjustifiable. Thank you for the kindly offered lemon sorbet. The service was pleasant. I wouldn't recommend this place, especially to tourists. The review isn't about the quality of the food, but rather the poor value for money.

19/07/2025: We stayed in the Marchesa Suite and were thrilled. The room is spacious, elegantly furnished in Alpine style with wooden details that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is large and modern. A separate area houses a private sauna cabin for two, a real plus for relaxing after a day of hiking and exploring Trentino. The only small flaw is the room's soundproofing, which isn't the best, and you can sometimes hear noises from neighboring rooms or music from the hallway. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful. It is served at your table, with items such as fruit, croissants, strudel, and a selection of other à la carte options, some included and others available for a small supplement. The hotel staff were extremely kind and always attentive to our needs, helping to make our stay even more pleasant. The rooms are clean and well-kept, with a perfect balance between modernity and mountain style. The location is excellent for exploring the area: from here, you can easily reach the city of Trento by car, as well as numerous lakes, castles, and picturesque villages in the surrounding area. A truly pleasant stay, we recommend it to anyone seeking relaxation and comfort in a Trentino setting. Giulio and Giuseppe

19/08/2025: Very friendly and professional welcome, carefully prepared dishes that respect tradition. The braised beef ravioli and lean tortelli are excellent, and the wine selection is remarkable. Very fair prices. Recommended! I'll definitely be back.

10/08/2025: A stop to recharge the electric car with a teenager, a dog, and a baby. The chef prepared a refreshing salad and tomato pasta for us. And for the baby's meal, heated up, served in a dish with parmesan. A lovely detail. With two bottles of San Pellegrino for 13 euros... Unbeatable, thanks to them.

05/08/2025: Amazing all round! We had only planned to stay here for 1 or 2 after our dinner elsewhere. But with the good vibes, great friendly and accommodating staff, we ended up staying for hours, we tried out all their coctails, ended up getting more food (tapas) which were devine and kept us going. Music was funky and upbeat. Highly recommend. Cocktails were by far the best we have ever tried.
