Right atmosphere, typical environment. Very good food. Courtesy and hospitality are a must. Excellent wines. I returned after 3 years and it was a confirmation. To return again and again.

Typical African food, very good and well presented. Place in complete African style, well kept and spacious.
Really familiar and accommodating environment.
Prices a little high for drinks and service (which should no longer exist).
And a strong smell of food inside the room, enough to permeate the clothes.
Perhaps the kitchen should be adequately separated.
Still, it's a nice little place.

It was the first time I tried an African restaurant so I had a mix of starters and main courses and I was pleasantly surprised by each flavor and the way they "explode" in my mouth. Furthermore, the environment is beautiful and everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail. There is also the possibility of requesting the entire non-spicy menu. Highly recommended!

We got the zighini and the tsebhi atklti. The meat was overcooked, tough and dry. The sauce was the only reason it tasted good, and it's a real winner. The spices used are generally delicious. The alicia was overcooked and turned to mush. The tuntumu was good. The sambussas and ketagna were good. Portions are small for the price, but the dishes come with enough ingera to fill you up. The wine we got was amazing. We sat in a small nook that was really cute. We were recommended a normal table for leg comfort, but we enjoyed the cozy space. Overall, I would say I had a better experience at other restaurants like Africa or Corno d'Africa, but they are all about the same quality in Rome 🤷🏽♀️

Un posto molto carino, il Proprietario/Gestore accogliente ed educatissimo, due belle signore che indossavano abiti del loro paese (presumo). Una delle due Signore non proprio affabile ma ci sta, magari era la sua "serata no", capita a tutti. Quello che invece rivedrei è il sistema di aspirazione. Quando sono tornata a casa ho dovuto lavare tutto, ma proprio tutto, perché sapeva di fritto.

Ristorante super caratteristico, vi consiglio di prenotare il tavolo tondo con piatto unico per avere una real experience!
Piatti principalmente di carne ma con opzioni vegetariane, anche opzioni senza piccante. Ottime spezie, buonissima la salsa bereberè. Il servizio di alcune cameriere lascia un po’ a desiderare… Non vi aspettate che vi capiscano al primo colpo 😂
Buoni anche i dolci.
