This restaurant is located in the historic center, so you'll need to park your car far away and then walk there. The location is very nice, traditional yet elegant. The restaurant isn't very large, so reservations are always recommended. Excellent menu, varied and with a good selection of appetizers, first courses, second courses, and desserts. The quality of the food is unquestionable, offering all the most typical Umbrian dishes and more. The price is average and absolutely fair for the quality and location. Recommended!

Beautiful! I had dinner with my husband on a Saturday evening in February. After years, I was able to try fried brains, which are no longer on the menu. But above all, we appreciated the friendliness and expertise of the staff and the variety of dishes, all strictly local. Beautiful location and reasonable prices. I recommend it.

The two of us walked in without a reservation, and despite it being a busy Saturday night, they still managed to find us a great table. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was fantastic! A small menu with lovely traditional dishes. Highly recommended!

11/04/2026: Chosen based on the positive reviews, which I absolutely agree with. Appetizer with authentic local cured meats and cheeses. Homemade truffle gnocchi and porcini mushroom tagliatelle. Quince jam tart with homemade biscuits. The owner is welcoming and extremely kind. Service was prompt despite the restaurant being packed. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll be back to try the gnocchi with venison ragù (the owner hunted the venison himself). Super fair prices. Thank you for contributing to a wonderful memory of this day in Cascia.
08/04/2026: Wonderful service and fantastic food. My family couldn't have received better service after a visit to Santuário. The fettuccine con veado and the torta de quincelo were divine.
