The best restaurant I've tried in recent times!!! A very warm and welcoming atmosphere, excellent service, and appetizers and main courses unlike anything I've had in years!!! The quality and freshness of the ingredients used make the dishes delicious. I highly recommend the egg with fresh fava beans and the goat cheese as an appetizer. Needless to say: highly recommended!!!

This restaurant is located in the historic center, so you'll need to park your car far away and then walk there.
The location is very nice, traditional yet elegant. The restaurant isn't very large, so reservations are always recommended.
Excellent menu, varied and with a good selection of appetizers, first courses, second courses, and desserts.
The quality of the food is unquestionable, offering all the most typical Umbrian dishes and more. The price is average and absolutely fair for the quality and location.

Beautiful! I had dinner with my husband on a Saturday evening in February. After years, I was able to try fried brains, which are no longer on the menu. But above all, we appreciated the friendliness and expertise of the staff and the variety of dishes, all strictly local. Beautiful location and reasonable prices. I recommend it.
