13/04/2025: Found by chance along the heroic route! A stratospheric surprise! Quiet, away from the confusion of Montalcino, excellent dishes and uncommon kindness!

04/04/2025: Great experience, excellent quality food. You can feel the love and dedication in respecting the raw materials, the authenticity of the flavors respecting tradition. Even the quantity is no joke, I'm a good eater and already after the first one I was quite full. By the way, the Cinta Senese ragù was exquisite, the house wine is already an excellent Montalcino blend served in a carafe, at 14 degrees!. I would have expected interiors to be more in tune with the external environment. All in all, the expense is in line with the quality of the dishes, and ultimately the choice of donating to interested customers one or more books on the shelf in front of the checkout, already read by the owners several times, is excellent, rather than keeping them at home gathering dust or, worse, throwing them away.

19/03/2025: I am a regular customer on Thursday evenings, I am writing this review to compliment all the staff for the professionalism they demonstrate on every occasion. The meat is good and well cooked, if you do not want to spend a lot on drinks with 50 cents you will have a glass that you can fill with water endlessly at the dispenser near the tables. The menu hanging on the wall is not easy to understand, I recommend downloading it from the site and deciding before entering. The bathrooms are always clean and this is a significant advantage for those leaving or arriving from Tiburtina. On Sundays it is closed all day, otherwise stop by for lunch or dinner. Only suggestion: it would be nice to be able to see a photo of each dish on the menu on the site. Domenico

08/03/2025: We'll be back! A little place that immediately welcomed us very well. Courteous and smiling staff, fast service, good food, honest prices. We had a sandwich with porchetta, scamorza and chicory... it blew us away! Well done...keep it up!

30/03/2025: Great experience in this very pleasant Osteria (which is also a very nice B&B) with a spectacular sea view from the terrace. We were inside, a beautiful very elegant room with fabulous cross-vaulted ceilings. Excellent service, menu with a wide choice (two fixed menu solutions are also excellent) well-presented and very good dishes. Excellent wine list. Recommended

I travel frequently to different parts of the of world and always try local coffee shops with different items and this shop has nothing besides fantastic. This is what you expect from an award winning barista.

I have rebooked for the end of May to be able to taste the second courses and possibly the desserts. I forgot the wine... it is worth trying. Finally, I want to applaud Pompeo and his wife for their skill, professionalism and FRIENDLINESS.
