The definition of a hidden gem. The menu changes daily and features just a few dishes, ensuring everything is fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxed, with the charm of a small family-run place. We were served by the owner himself, who is also the cook, and his passion really shows—he prepares the food the way he enjoys it: authentic and homemade. Interestingly, his main occupation is winemaking, so we’d definitely recommend trying a glass. The food stands out from typical restaurant offerings, making the whole experience feel unique and memorable.

Welcoming and warm atmosphere. Pierfrancesco is great; he knows his customers, doesn't waste, and treats the ingredients well. Everything is fresh and truly delicious. And besides the excellent food, you can spend a pleasant time chatting and joking, and he takes great care of his customers. ❤️

The restaurant is conveniently located not far from the room we were renting, which made it even more pleasant to visit. What makes this place especially wonderful is that Francesco is not only the owner but also the chef. He personally prepares the dishes, and you can truly taste the passion and dedication in every bite. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and made with care. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the food and the personal attention given to each guest. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate, making you feel more like a guest in someone’s home than in a restaurant. If you are looking for authentic Italian cuisine, a friendly atmosphere, and excellent value for money, this is definitely a place you should visit. We would happily return again!

Simply perfect! Choice of white wine, excellent fresh pasta with cheese and pepper (pasta cacio e pepe, in Italian) is a traditional culinary specialty of Italian cuisine, originating from Rome and Lazio, made with pasta, black pepper, and pecorino romano cheese, but with a touch of parmesan at Paco's, which cooks perfectly. Thank you and perfect value for money too.
