Specifically, typical Ribollita to be applauded...
Sawed artichokes made very balanced..
Excellent classic Chianti wine.

29/06/2025: Simple beach resort but equipped with all the services needed for a day at the beach. You can have lunch at the restaurant or in a more casual way by personally bringing your own dishes to the table. The menu is also rich in first courses, absolutely exquisite fish dishes, inevitable piadinas, sandwiches, toasts, side dishes and fruit. Very kind staff both for the restaurant/bar and for the beach service. Absolutely recommended for days at the beach without problems.

28/06/2025: I am vegan but I had never eaten foods, for example, vegan mortadella, vegan mozzarella etc... Practically the taste and flavor are the same, I was happy and positively surprised, in 2025 there is no longer any need to eat animals and derivatives, let's avoid their atrocious and useless suffering, torture and exploitation, thank you.

05/06/2025: My boyfriend and I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the restaurant. First of all, it was possible to book a table on the same day - this can be difficult at a Michelin restaurant in Denmark.
We ordered a five-course menu with dessert, where we left the choices to our hostess, who very competently selected dishes based on our wishes, including my boyfriend's wishes for vegetarian dishes.
The service was very attentive and, for example, no food was placed on the table if we were not both present. Before each course, a glass of wine was poured, which was matched to the dish that would be served immediately after. Both wine and food were presented in a very nice and knowledgeable way and with a little story about the characteristics and origin of the wine. The wines and ingredients in the food came mostly from the local area.
All in all, the food and wine looked absolutely fabulous in the equally authentic surroundings and the interior of the premises.
So thank you so much for a wonderful experience to the hostess, chef and waiters, who all contributed to a wonderful memory of our holiday 🌞
We recommend the place to anyone who wants to challenge their taste buds and other senses ⭐

30/06/2025: Too bad I didn't get a picture! Extensive vegan buffet in a cool atmosphere packed with locals who were clearly enthusiastic about the cuisine, and with good reason! Definitely a gem in the Rome vegan scene.
29/06/2025: Small but cozy place, they serve a vegetarian buffet, you weigh the dish and pay for what is on your plate which ranges from 20 to 30 €. I discovered this place thanks to a friend, it was a nice discovery I must say. All the food was quite good, but one thing was probably out of my taste but in general very good. Good but probably the price a little high in my opinion but probably for vegetarians it is worth it, I am not vegetarian but I liked it🙌🏼😊 oh and the staff very kind and welcoming.

24/06/2025: A pleasure to have discovered a welcoming little restaurant like yours, luckily for me we are far away.. I would eat at your place very often otherwise.. The pampering given to the customer makes the difference ... Handmade tortellini with ragù are delicious..
20/06/2025: Had dinner today tagliatelle with mutton ragù really excellent as everything else. Really good meat and also excellent dessert. What can I say a discovery! I think we will return we ate very well at the right price. Congratulations!

28/06/2025: Tutto perfetto ! La padrona di casa ci ha veramente fatti sentire a nostro agio e voglio rivolgerle un grande apprezzamento per averci consentito il cambio del vino non perché avesse difetti ma perché non aveva le caratteristiche che credevamo .
Non lo ha nemmeno inserito nel conto !
Pietanze di altissimo livello che valorizzazione la stagionalità e una location fresca a dispetto della temperatura .
Essendo il compleanno di mia moglie hanno sostituito il dolce della degustazione con una torta personalizzata senza sovrapprezzo!

07/06/2025: Great experience. The Michelin star is well deserved. It starts with the garden and the scents of aromatic herbs then a tasting dinner with food and wine pairing. Fantastic Chef and Sommelier, a place to remember. We will return. Worth every penny spent.

Stayed at an Airbnb close by, and saw this on Google maps.
Went there on our first morning there, and went back every day we were there!
Tried almost everything, and everything flavour we tried was delicious. My favourites were the eggplant flavour and potato flavour!
There are also vegan options, like the plain marinara sauce and the cherry tomato!
20/06/2025: Small pizzeria by the slice in the San Paolo area, excellent Roman red pizza, worth a visit just for that, the other pizzas are also very good
