Excellent meal and very friendly staff. Home made pasta with beef carpaccio is fantastic. Four different meals didn’t disappoint. Off the beaten path and I recommend reservations ahead!

Impronta was one of the best meals we had in Venice. Everything we ordered was packed with flavor and absolutely incredible from start to finish. The highlights of the evening were the tagliatelle with the black cuttlefish pasta and Calamarata Shrimp pasta. Both were outstanding. The wine selection was also impressive, with plenty of options available by both the glass and the bottle, making it easy to find something that paired perfectly with our meal. To top it all off, the staff surprised us with dessert and limoncello on the house, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the experience even more memorable. Between the amazing food, excellent wine selection, and warm hospitality, Impronta is a place we would happily return to and highly recommend to anyone visiting Venice.

Easily the best restaurant my wife and I ate at in ALL of Italy so far. (Have been to Rome, Florence (close 2nd here), Siena, Venice)). I combed through reddit threads, friend’s recs and my own personal research to find places that felt like eating here; high quality. If/when I ever return to Venice, impronta will be the restaurant we revisit night after night. Highly recommend the “Tagliatelle/black cuttlefish” dish. Prego!

The buratta was really yummy definitely recommend! We also had the ravioli and gnocchi, as well as the sea bass with vegetables. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful!
