Clearly the best restaurant we had in Venice.
From the service to the cuisine, everything is perfect.
A quality service, discreet and gentle. The server this Saturday evening was great like all the rest of the staff.
The dishes chosen on the menu seem simple, but they are actually incredibly tasty. Everything is well measured and controlled, even the seemingly simple dishes will amaze you. The proportions are generous for this quality. You can feel the homemade quality and the quality of the fish and meat.
We ate very, very well. We recommend this superb address with our eyes closed. It was just great.
A perfect 10/10, we don't understand why they are not displayed in the Michelin guide as a recommended restaurant.

One of the best restaurants you can find in Venice. Welcoming and with just as much lounge atmosphere, modern dishes and combinations always with the traditional touch that encompasses Venice. In short, a place that cannot be missed on a trip to Venice if you are looking for a refined and tasteful place, well this is what is right for you.

An absolutely delightful experience. Both the food and the service were top-notch. Our waiter, Roman, was charming and prepared a seasonal cocktail for me that wasn't on the menu. I believe it's the best value for money you can find not only in Venice, but also throughout Italy.

Impronta Ristorante is a great spot where the food is awesome and the vibe feels like hanging out with friends. The waiter Roman is the star of the place; he's really helpful and guides you on what to eat. Definitely worth a visit!

We had lunch today in this restaurant in the heart of Venice. At the reception a very elegant and polite woman showed us the tables, and as it was still early and the restaurant was not full, we were able to choose where we liked best. Two delicious first courses, cooked with aesthetic care and exquisite flavour. An equally good second course of fish. All accompanied by warm bread, a glass of red wine and a Prosecco Veneto Doc. Average price. High quality. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful experience - our family of 4 (including two teenage daughters) enjoyed a perfect evening with Impompta on Tuesday night. We were welcomed like family, were invited by the manager for several drinks and desserts. All of their suggestions were spot on. We would go out of our way to return to this restaurant.
