Japanese restaurant that never disappoints, both with the all you can eat formula and the à la carte menu, the products are of high quality. In addition to the food, the staff is also qualified and all the guys are always very nice and helpful! Dundee rolls are absolutely my favorite dish.

First experience of Japanese cuisine, initially I was skeptical, but I had to change my mind! Excellent food quality, perfect flavors and combinations. Not to mention the service: friendly and helpful staff, always ready to advise you, but above all there was no shortage of laughter! We will be back soon!

It would not survive in Rome. Excellent quality of raw materials but the ordering system is annoying. Menu without any photos. They have to work from a real Japanese person to really understand what he's talking about.

Staj Noodle Bar

26/03/2024: A small and charming sushi bar offering typical traditional Asian dishes; we tasted the ramen, pad taj, the noodles and everything was to our liking. The service was also perfect. The desserts are excellent and recommended. The restaurant is located in a restricted traffic zone so it is not possible to reach it directly by car.
26/03/2024: Un sushi bar piccolo e grazioso che offre piatti tipici della tradizione asiatica; abbiamo assaggiato il ramen, pad taj, i noodles e tutto è stato di nostro gradimento. Anche il servizio è stato perfetto. Ottimi e consigliati i dolci. Il locale è situato in una zona ZTL quindi non è possibile raggiungerlo direttamente in auto.
