A wonderful discovery and an excellent experience with delicious traditional local dishes. To start, a platter of cured meats, hams, and parmesan accompanied by fried polenta, herb and ricotta tortelli, and maltagliati with a walnut, onion, and apple sauce—delicious and delicious. I couldn't help but try an excellent second course, a braised rabbit, and to finish, an excellent tiramisu-style semifreddo. The service was impeccable. I hope to return soon.

Discovered thanks to the wise advice of the Saliceto dairy guide. A family atmosphere, like going to lunch with an aunt or grandmother! The staff is cheerful, thoughtful, and attentive! The mixed platter of cured meats and torta fritta were fantastic... not to mention the ricotta and herb tortelli and the anolini with beef stew and capon, a delicacy that can't be described, only tasted! The menu is simple but traditional! Excellent choice.

Thanks to all the staff for making our Christmas special. We had a divine lunch, with truly exquisite local products. The service was friendly and always smiling, in a warm and peaceful atmosphere. The trip from Switzerland was worth it! Thank you! 😊

10/05/2026: Lunch at Osteria di Fornio A place where you immediately sense attention to detail, elegance without excess, and a wonderful, relaxed atmosphere. The ambiance is exquisite, impeccably clean, and the staff is friendly, helpful, and very professional. They make you feel welcomed naturally, without being forced. The cuisine was truly delightful: the cured meats were simply divine, of the highest quality, served with great care. The selection of dishes was also excellent, and the pairing with the Franciacorta rosé was very interesting. I also greatly appreciated the lightness of the preparations and the overall balance of the food. You can tell when a restaurant has genuine customer care and a genuine passion for the restaurant. A wonderful experience. I will gladly return.

Impeccable dishes: The risottos are the real stars, always perfectly creamed, with original and never boring combinations of seasonal ingredients.
21/07/2026: Our last restaurant visit was a resounding success. We discovered what an excellent risotto is: original, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. PERFETTO!! The charcuterie and cheese board was also fantastic, all accompanied by a lovely glass of Chianti. 👌
