15/09/2025: Excellent café, ice cream shop, and pastry shop where you can stop for breakfast or an aperitif featuring local products. We stopped for both breakfast and an ice cream on the way back. We highly recommend stopping by to sample their delicacies.

28/08/2025: If it were possible to give it 10 stars, I would. A property in the heart of Tropea, just steps from the seafront and offering every comfort. A gem. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Tropea, enjoy the town, the crystal-clear waters, and stay in an oasis of peace. Recommended for both families and couples. Book now—you won't regret it!

19/08/2025: The restaurant is an excellent choice for those who love authentic flavors, especially Tropea onions, the star of a richly varied appetizer and two first courses, one of which can easily be veganized by omitting the pecorino cheese without sacrificing flavor. The staff is friendly and helpful, attentive to every need, and the owner was particularly thoughtful, bringing me freshly picked figs after noticing my interest in the ones next to the cake. The location is welcoming and well-kept, and the dishes are refined and flavorful. The experience was very positive and delicious, although the price was high, commensurate with the quality and attentiveness of the service.

02/12/2025: Excellent welcome! We had a midweek lunch. Seven of us showed up without reservations, and yet they found a way to accommodate us. You can choose between a full menu or a la carte, or rather, a blackboard where the daily specials are listed. The "mandilli al pesto" were fantastic, and the stockfish was exquisite, a different take on the classic Ligurian-style "accommodato." It was a business lunch, but I'll find the opportunity to return and enjoy the cuisine in a more relaxed way.

22/11/2025: I hope this exchange helps explain the AGGRESSIVENESS of this INSULTING response. Original review: In 2025, we're being refused entry because we're accompanied by a (well-mannered and quiet) dog. Without even a "sorry." Evolve!! UPDATES: This is a completely false response. We entered in DRY weather, it wasn't raining at all, as it was later in the evening (but they change the weather forecast in their response, guys. These dry weather guys write that it was actually snowing, but what are we talking about... If it had snowed, we wouldn't even have left 😂🙈). Accusing us of having a dog that shakes itself wet on customers (when, moreover, we had already reached the table furthest from them, and they smiled and greeted us when they saw us enter) is a sign of bad faith and was truly unnecessary. It would have been enough to say "I'M SORRY" (which you DIDN'T say) and perhaps explain the policy, which we would have easily understood. Instead, all you did was smile and let us leave without saying anything, even in front of our puzzled faces, pointing to the sign (we could very well not have seen it, but that doesn't affect the experience at all). Learn your manners. I'll never see you again. I won't even comment on the final comments about bullying about seeing the sign; they publicly brand you in the eyes of all the customers. PS: We should have understood everything from that initial accusation to "they want to impose on us!!". We just wanted to eat pizza.

06/12/2025: Excellent, well-prepared dishes, made with exceptionally fresh and high-quality ingredients, served with professionalism and courtesy. The only drawback is the small size of the space, which also prevents even the slightest bit of privacy for customers. We'll definitely be back.

09/12/2025: Amazing location by the beach. I had great service and super yummy vegan food. There Tempeh and Beans were delicious, by far the best Tempeh I’ve ever had, and the Dairy free Tiramisu was rich and creamy.

07/12/2025: What a wonderful experience!!! Lunch in Florence is often risky because most of the places are touristy. Marione, however, is a guarantee!!! There are two places: Marione and Marione al Trebbio. Today we tried Marione al Trebbio. If anything, it was even better than the other. Classic menu: crostini, ribollita, steak with potatoes and spinach, cream and pine nut cake, and vin santo. Everything absolutely perfect and of the highest quality. The house wine was also exceptional. The price was more than fair. Giulia, a wonderful host, always smiling and very kind, completed the experience. Highly recommended. We'll be back.

27/11/2025: Trattoria just outside Parma. The menu features traditional Parmesan dishes, plus a few off-menu items. Prices aren't disclosed, however, and are sometimes higher than the menu average. The food quality is good, though perhaps a bit overpriced, about 20%. The low rating is only due to the service provided by the owner, who has a rough, truck-driver-like manner. It doesn't really embody the spirit of a good restaurateur.

10/12/2025: Immaculate Conception lunch in this beautiful location in the greenery south of Rome. It was a wonderful discovery! Excellent and fast service, a lovely dining room. The location is truly enjoyable, especially outside in warm weather. As for the dishes, we had several appetizers and first courses, and I must say that overall, they were all excellent. Exceptional mention for the ingredients, especially the vegetables, which were incredibly fresh and exceptionally delicious. Special mention for the tigelle with vegetables, fondue, and honey: 🔝

05/12/2025: I went to Casale 4.5 for lunch on Sunday and I have to say it was truly a fantastic experience. The place is beautiful, with attention to detail and an atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease. The food was exceptional: delicious dishes, fresh ingredients, and generous portions. Each course was carefully prepared, and you could taste the quality. The service was also impeccable: friendly, fast, and always available. Overall, a perfect Sunday—I'll definitely be back!

13/12/2025: We went to Viro in Gallarate for dinner and had a truly positive experience. The restaurant is elegant yet welcoming, with attention to detail without being overly formal. We ordered several meat-based dishes, and the quality was immediately apparent: excellent cuts, precise cooking, and beautifully accentuated flavors. The tartare was also excellent, balanced and fresh. The side dishes were simple but well-crafted. The service was attentive and friendly, with knowledgeable staff available to recommend both dishes and wines. The wait times were reasonable despite the restaurant being quite busy. Congratulations, Giulia Grande and Giulia Piccola! 😉 Prices in line with the quality offered. Definitely a restaurant I would return to and recommend to anyone who loves well-prepared meat.

04/11/2025: We had lunch at Restaurant Rametz at the end of the season. The restaurant was practically empty and therefore very quiet. Besides the concise menu, the very friendly staff recommended several specialties. The menu includes both meat and fish dishes. The prices are on the higher end, but the food is consistently beautifully presented and tastes excellent. The wine list is highly recommended; it truly offers something for every palate. Rametz isn't a tourist hotspot, which is exactly why it suited us perfectly. We will definitely visit Restaurant Rametz again.

16/12/2025: A lovely old trattoria where we've dined several times, sampling traditional dishes and specials created by the chef. The dishes are of the highest quality and delicious, and the staff presents them with professionalism and kindness. The owner's presence among the tables is always present and very welcome. Highly recommended!

11/12/2025: Had lunch at Ristorante Er Primo Fusion, a Chinese food restaurant, and it was a pleasant experience. The food was tasty and satisfying, offering good flavors that made the meal enjoyable. The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed lunch. The service was excellent—attentive, friendly, and professional—making the overall experience very positive. A nice spot for Chinese cuisine.
