Piadineria Dedalus In Sassuolo

Ate today and I must say that in Sassuolo it is the best 🌮 5 stars, super well deserved, clean and well looked after place, nice managers, we will be back to try the pizza 🍕

We ate well, very friendly staff, we will be back soon, the price is right.

We also got the pizza with super good fresh ingredients and we were happy.

I decided to celebrate mine and my father-in-law's birthday last night... what can I say? Truly fantastic and helpful staff in every way, very friendly and professional. The food was all delicious, from the piadina, to the panuozzo and the pizza which left me amazed because they were truly delicious, we were happy and satisfied with the discovery of this restaurant

Modern, well-kept environment, very courteous and attentive staff, but the wild card is the piadina dough which is naturally leavened and therefore very light and is also very large, you can't taste the lard. Furthermore, the filling is rich, and the menu has a wide choice. The price is really honest for the quality. I would go back every night.

What can I say, there are few words to describe this place... Amazing pizzas, fantastic wraps, excellent sandwiches.. very courteous and polite service, the owner is approachable and if there is any problem he is ready to solve it, very good too his partner!!! Quality and price ok, they have recently also added some herbal teas (if requested) and I must say that with the cold there is something warm and light!! I will definitely be back!!! I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a quiet evening, with good food and great people because it's like feeling at home

Conoscevo già la Dedalus perché c'ero già stata a prendere una piadina d'asporto, ma ieri sera con amiche ho voluto andare a vedere il nuovo locale e provare la pizza, quale dalle foto sembravano molto invitanti, oltre aver sentito tanti pareri positivi. Bè confermo ☺️locale molto carino, ha un paio di tavoli da poter mangiare tranquillamente lì, un bel forno a legna (in pochi ora utilizzano ancora), come menù fanno piadine, crescioni, paninozzo (sarebbe il panuozzo), pizza e carne alla griglia, poi hanno anche qualche birra artigianale. Io e le mie amiche ci siamo messe d'accordo per prendere 3 pizze di gusti diversi: napoletana, divina e montana. Partiamo dal presupposto che non è quella pizza sottile che fanno adesso in tutte le pizzerie (a me infatti non piace), ma la tipica pizza napoletana con un bel cornicione. Le pizze erano tutte e 3 buonissime, ma più che altro era talmente tanto leggero l'impasto che ne avrei mangiata un' altra. Il servizio è stato molto veloce, i camerieri cordiali, simpatici ed il titolare molto accogliente e premuroso. Il conto buono ed onesto. Sicuramente ci tornerò per provare il paninozzo e la carne alla griglia. ☺️

Il primo impatto non è positivo, il locale sembra vuoto quasi non arredato, senza tende alle vetrate, non un quadro alle pareti, dovrebbe essere curato un po’ meglio per renderlo più accogliente più caldo. Un altra cosa veramente fastidiosa, e che dovrebbe essere risolta in fretta, è l’odore di fritto che si avverte già all’ingresso della galleria. L’organizzazione non brilla per velocità, non so se per occasionale mancanza di personale o altro, ma l’attesa mi è sembrata veramente tanta. La nota positiva, e non è poca cosa, è la qualità della pizza. Fragrante leggere e digeribile, anche se forse qualche secondo in più di cottura sarebbe stata perfetta.
