Piadineria Dedalus In Sassuolo

I booked to eat a piada But then, seeing the wood-fired oven, we were tempted by the pizza. My mouth is still watering, the sauce is fantastic. We'll definitely be back.

The pizza is excellent with a thick crust and well-leavened.

First time, very good pizza, good ingredients, quiet atmosphere, good service. I'm not giving it a 5, not because it's not worth it, but because it's only my first time here. I also want to try the sandwiches and many other things they have. It's impossible to try everything in one evening, but if they're as good as the pizza, and I'm sure they are, they deserve 5 stars. WELL DONE GUYS

My friends and I went for dinner on a Saturday night. Even though the place was very busy, we had a great time. The food was excellent, and the waitresses were nice and super helpful.

We went for dinner on a weekend. The place was cozy and quiet. The pizza was very good, as were the sandwiches. The only downside was the service. The girl taking orders said we'd have to wait because the kitchen was swamped with orders. This made us a little worried, given that we had to be somewhere else at a certain time. She was obviously very anxious. But then everything went smoothly. The other waitress, on the other hand, treated us like we were bothering them, especially when we asked when our order would arrive. What can I say? The food was good, but the service needs some work.

Truly an excellent piadineria! At Dedalus, I found good, fresh ingredients, and well-filled, carefully prepared piadinas. The service is fast, and the staff is friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. The simple yet welcoming atmosphere is perfect for a quick bite or a leisurely meal. Excellent value for money, and generous portions. You can feel the attention to detail and the quality of the products. Definitely a piadineria I recommend, and I'll gladly return.

Truly excellent burgers made with quality ingredients. Spacious and clean place. Fair prices. Next time I'll try the piadinas; the menu is extensive and the combinations are excellent.

My compliments for the pizza, the atmosphere, and the staff. My partner and I ate a porchetta and an aged Modena, and at the end we shared a Nutella and coconut piadina dessert. What can I say... everything melted in your mouth. It's hard not to recommend it; go and try it, you won't be disappointed. 🙂
