The owner's friendly service and the food were excellent. I think the only downside might be that it is located in a somewhat remote area.

A real insider tip. We were four adults and two children. The children were served delicious pasta as a starter. We all had pasta dishes, freshly made and absolutely delicious.

During a leisure trip to Siena with friends, we relied on online research and booked at Bruscello Bistrot on faith. It was an exceptional discovery! The restaurant is welcoming and well-kept, the ideal setting for enjoying a relaxing evening. The welcome was impeccable: all the staff were smiling and helpful from the start. Special mention goes to the restaurateur: a truly delightful person, capable of putting the entire table at ease with his infectious cheerfulness and making us feel right at home. As for dinner, the quality was top-notch. We were won over by a selection of fantastic typical Sienese dishes, cooked to perfection and rich with authentic local flavors. To accompany everything, a top-quality wine beautifully enhanced the traditional recipes, right up until dessert. Last but not least: the bill. Considering the excellent quality of the food, the atmosphere, and the excellent service, the final price was incredibly fair and honest. A genuine, fun, and delicious culinary experience. Highly recommended to anyone passing through Siena: we'll definitely be back!

Best food we had in Italy. The parmigiana (eggplant) and the polpette (meatballs) were incredible. Pastas were homemade and delicious. Highly recommend.

Delicious food, super friendly staff, lovely atmosphere. The entrance was a little hidden at first, but it was well worth the effort.

Perfect last dinner in Siena! We loved everything about Bruscello Bistro. The atmosphere was modern yet cozy, spotless and informal. The restaurant is located just off the busier streets and it feels special! The staff made great wine recommendations (from an extensive list of wines by the glass as well as by the bottle) that complemented our delicious food. Four types of exceptional bread started off the evening, accompanied by fabulous olive oil. We ordered a fresh and light Panzerella with burrata as an appetizer, and then enjoyed cloud-like spinach Gnudi with a creamy butter and cheese sauce, and a delicious Papa al Pomodoro-a Tuscan tomato and bread soup with melted stracciatella. These were dishes we had not seen in many regional restaurants and they were both beautifully presented and delicious. The staff were particularly wonderful- setting a wonderful warm and friendly tone, and working with us to explore, understand and enjoy their delicious dishes. Exceptional experience.
