and nothing... it will be the 6 or seventh time we go. we eat very well. Friendly service and polite staff, which overlooks a few small oversights (guys, don't take the steak bone away from a carnivore ahead of time :-)) another small note: lately the variety of choice on rib meat is a little reduced compared to before... let's hope it's just an unfortunate case. the fact remains that the quality/price ratio remains very high.

Locale piacevole e ben strutturato annesso ad una macelleria di quartiere. scegli la carne e te la cucinano. una caratteristica di alcune località della Puglia e della Calabria portata a Milano. Piatti buoni. Personale simpatico.

interessante format come alternativa alla classica steakhouse. ambiente informale e giovane, con attenzione ai dettagli "green" ed al marketing. Si ordina tutto al banco all'ingresso, poi si prende posto. Ottima la varietà e la fattura delle bombette pugliesi. Non so un esperto di questo piatto, ma le ho trovate gustose e molto simpatiche come antipasto. Ho assaggiato anche una tartare, tagliata a punta di coltello come piace a me, molto buona (anche se non nella mia top 3). Poi un kiletto di costata (scelta tra 3 razze li in bella mostra al banco) , ben cucinata e dal sapore molto equilibrato. Non confondere il fatto che non ci sia il servizio sulla comanda, con l'idea locale che si spende poco; parliamo comunque di carne, se aggiungiamo anche del vino, si arriva comunque oltre gli 80 euro cad.
