I had dinner last night at Osteria Borello. A sublime experience, from the place to the dishes to the friendliness!
The portions were just right and the prices were excellent. I had the wild boar ciccioneddos, delicious with a super-flavorful grated Sardinian cheese on top. The mutton with peas was an absolute delight, tender enough to cut with a fork, very juicy and delicate. A local red wine was served.
To finish, a thyme liqueur recommended by the owner (a perfect choice).
I highly recommend it.

A typical Sardinian restaurant, with generous portions and very fair prices. The quality of the ingredients is truly impressive, and the Sardinian flavors are beautifully highlighted and enhanced, thanks in large part to the introduction of modern elements without compromising the characteristic traditional flavors of the dishes (like the pasta with wild boar ragù). The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, unlike any other restaurant in the area.

We discovered this restaurant by chance during a trip to Gavoi. Drawn by the delicious aroma, we decided to give it a try, and I must say we made an excellent choice. Spectacular food, impeccable service, and a spotlessly clean place. We'll definitely be back!

Small dishes, not enough for an adult, maybe they'll enjoy it (but there's not much to it). I don't recommend it. The reviews from locals are overstated.
