Simply fantastic. Everything here is perfect. From the ambiance to the warm and welcoming hosts to the incredibly delicious, homemade food. A highly recommended place to stay when visiting Monte Isola.

Trattoria with a lake view. Impeccable and friendly service.
The lady gave us excellent advice.
For two: 1 small platter, 1 fish ravioli, and 2 tagliatelle with fish rays.

It was not the easiest fining a place that didn't feel like a complete tourist trap - but here we did! :)
Great food, nice service, really fresh and delicious! :)

Outstanding food, service and views. Best meal we've had in Italy so far and plan to return. The food was generous and delicious (unlike some more 'fancy' or touristy places we've been). The owners were lovely and even though we don't know each other's language, we communicated.
Really made my day and one of the highlights of our time on the island.

A few steps to get there, but it's worth it (there's also a shuttle if you want).
Lake view, generous and tasty portions, and the person who served us was friendly and helpful. We'll be back.

A pleasant weekday experience. The menu is simple yet carefully prepared and tasty, featuring local produce and lake fish. The setting is truly delightful, set on a hill overlooking the lake, with outdoor seating. The owner is friendly and welcoming. A bus also stops here, as it's uphill, and the bus continues uphill for those who want to reach the monastery. The characteristic staircase leading up through the village of Peschiera Maraglio is a must.
