Everything was top-notch, exquisite cuisine made entirely from local, regional products from South Tyrol or from their own farm, top-notch service, there is absolutely nothing to improve, the ambiance is rustic and authentically South Tyrolean, and the location is very quiet.

The climb up from the Ü-Weg is worth it. Best ham ever!

The carpaccio was excellent. The superb service brought us a variety of dumplings and fritters. Schlutzkrapfen (filled pasta), venison dumplings, spinach spaetzle, and potato dumplings were all very tasty. The pork secretó tagliata was aromatic, tender, and succulent. The recommended wines for the meal were equally excellent. And to finish, a strong, spicy café corretto. And—the restroom was completely wheelchair accessible, as was the entrance to the restaurant and the terrace. Overall, an exceptionally pleasant dinner!

Whether it's homemade Schlutzkrapfen (filled pasta), perfectly sourced meat from their own farm, or creative South Tyrolean specialties – every dish is prepared with great passion and attention to detail. The atmosphere is also unique: rustic, stylish, and incredibly cozy. Add to that outstanding service with warm hospitality and impressive wine recommendations. You don't feel like you're in a restaurant, but rather like you're visiting good friends on a beautiful mountain farm. For me, the Pretzhof is undoubtedly one of the best places to enjoy food in South Tyrol.
