Unfortunately, we weren't very hungry, so we could only order one course. The pasta with truffles and the beef steak were excellent! The value for money was also absolutely fine! Highly recommended! We managed to get a table spontaneously today, but I would definitely recommend booking in advance during peak season. Fantastic!

A truly exceptional lunch at La Torretta in Spoleto. The food was simply superb: carefully crafted dishes, quality ingredients, and an interesting and refined menu, with great attention to flavor. The presentation of the dishes was also impeccable, elegant, and tasteful. The service was warm, welcoming, and professional from start to finish, making us feel truly welcome. Despite the restaurant being very busy, the atmosphere remained intimate and pleasant, almost family-like. A place that manages to combine the highest quality and true hospitality. Highly recommended—we can't wait to return.

I think it's the best restaurant in Spoleto. Excellent and proactive service, quality food, an excellent wine list, and fair prices. The only downside is the space, but that's inevitable given the type of location.

When we come to Spoleto, we often dine here, and it's always a pleasure. The location, menu, and staff are carefully crafted and attentive, without compromising on authenticity and kindness. All the most beloved and renowned Umbrian dishes are prepared with respect, without trendy overtones, yet with an attention to flavor and balance that is hard to find these days. Highly recommended.

We happened upon Spoleto by chance and decided to stop at this trattoria... and it was a truly extraordinary discovery. As soon as you enter, you immediately sense the elegant and refined atmosphere of a high-end restaurant. The place is refined yet welcoming, and the wait staff is impeccable: elegantly dressed waiters, always present, extremely attentive, and available to answer any questions. They made us feel truly pampered, as if we were in a five-star restaurant. We started with an eggplant parmigiana as an appetizer, truly excellent. Next, we sampled two first courses of the day, both excellent and, above all, very generous. The quality of the ingredients and the care taken in their preparation were clearly evident. For second courses, we chose: - Traditional sausages with baked potatoes, exquisite and flavorful; the potatoes, almost an extra side dish, were perfectly cooked and delicious. - Thinly sliced ​​beef fillet with artichokes and parmesan shavings, a simply spectacular dish: the meat literally melted in your mouth. All this was accompanied by a truly delicious bottle of wine for two, which we thoroughly enjoyed, along with water and side dishes. Even though the restaurant was almost full, the service was incredibly fast: the dishes arrived in perfect time and without any waiting. The attentiveness of the staff and the professionalism of the service made the experience even more enjoyable. Considering the quality of the food, the generous portions, and the level of service, it's truly excellent value for money. A place we discovered by chance, but absolutely worth a try. A well-deserved five stars.
