In this tiny place practically attached to Trento's cathedral, you can breathe an air of new flavors and ancient kindnesses and sincere cordiality. I took the rice arancine with vegmozzarella and lentil ragù which was exquisite to say the least and the vegetable carbonara which was also good. In short, a little place that I recommend and first of all because every ingredient you will have on your plate is not the result of animal exploitation and then... they are healthy and yummy! Seeing is believing!

Prima esperienza vegana in una location al centro di Trento. Un piccolissimo bistrot con annesso laboratorio con un bancone e qualche posto a sedere, almeno di inverno. Sapori autentici di prodotti di qualità che ti accompagnano in una esperienza sensoriale al palato anche per chi, come me, non hai mai assaggiato prodotti vegani. Ho trovato eccellenti soprattuto gli arancini con ragù di lenticchie e vegmozzarella di anacardo e la pasta carbonara in chiave vegetale. Sapori nuovi ma immediatamente apprezzati. Ottimi anche i dolci, in maniera particolare la cheesecake al pistacchio. Da provare anche la birra artigianale blacksheep gluten free. Esperienza decisamente positiva perché si capisce che dietro ogni piatto c’è un grande lavoro di scelta dei prodotti e di una preparazione fatta di passione. Prezzi adeguati alla qualità e personale molto gentile e discreto. Per finire ho acquistato anche delle creme spalmabili di nocciola e gianduia…sulla fiducia.

Prima esperienza vegana ed ero perplesso ma devo dire che sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso . Assaggiata lasagna in cocotte e la besciamella di anacardi e il ragù di lenticchie mi hanno soddisfatto. Anche gli strangolapreti su crema di zucca erano molto buoni. Peccato che il locale sia così piccolo, merita un posto adeguato.

Being from another region and being in Trento, I discovered this place by chance while I was looking on the Internet for a place where I could eat vegan. Never made a better discovery. The almond spread was incredibly good and the desserts left you speechless. The service was perfect, the girl behind the counter was really nice and helpful. The environment is very well looked after, the atmosphere is calm and the shop window with the products on display is very beautiful, the sweets look like jewels. Superlative!!!

Very cozy and nice bistro ideal for a quick bite and a hot drink. The food was very tasty and the staff extremely nice. Toilets were clean. Overall everything you expect from a bistro. All the food is vegan.

Quality food, fancy place, but portions are very small, I don’t recommend if you are super hungry 😂unless you are ok with ordering extra, which will be pricy. still rating it 5 stars because I appreciate the attention to the details in every aspect, in order to have a nice experience here ☺️

27/03/2024: A dinner with friends, at one end of the dining room, occupying two tables, with many compliments on the different dishes and with excellent service from the waiter. I recommend calling ahead to make a reservation to ensure it is open. Desserts include Catalan cream.
10/03/2024: Great family business. Friendly service. Great pizzas. We ate there two days in a row.

Wellness Hotel Lupo Bianco

03/04/2024: Very nice hotel located a few km from Canazei, but in a strategic position: a few meters away are 2 cable cars that take you to one side under the Sassolungo, Sassopiatto. on the other, on the Sella group where numerous very beautiful excursions start. Pay attention to the opening times, they close around 5pm. The owner, her husband and all the staff are friendly and very helpful. Good and plentiful breakfast and dinner: despite the 3 choices, it is possible to change the menu with something else that the children might like. Very careful about intolerances, my wife has celiac disease. The buffet starters were excellent. The restaurant is also open at midday and we took advantage of it twice: excellent. The rooms are made up daily. Dogs of all sizes are accepted: obviously they cannot go to the indoor restaurant. In case of good weather they also have tables outside. We have never used it, but under the hotel there is the bus stop for Canazei and the Pordoi pass. If we were to decide to return next year, I would choose it again. I forgot, they have a SPA: having children we only used the swimming pool with hydromassage jets: due to covid regulations only 1 hour per room per day and 8 people at a time. Returned in July 2023: everything reconfirmed, everything perfect.. Keep it up
