A menu that summarizes a true anthology of Maremma cuisine, with the solidity and simple refinement of the people of the Maremma lands. Excellent raw materials, treated with respect and wisdom; true flavors, without shortcuts or useless "revisitations", but with a search for topicality declined in quality. Portions more than generous, price more than honest!

In my short stay in Terrasini I dined there 3 out of 4 evenings, because after the first time I always wanted to go back, both for the excellent quality of the dishes - original and delicious, both on the palate and at the sight - and for the welcome, the attentive service and the quiet and friendly environment. The value for money is also good, in line with the products served. Unfortunately I live far away and would become a regular customer!
