We got the 7 course vegetarian tasting menu. Dessert was included as an 8th course, as well as bread in between some of the courses. All of the courses were very interesting and delicious! Some were also served in unique formats, such as on a rock or on a candlestick. The waiter was very informative and friendly. With so many courses, it took about 2.5 hours to get through all of them. It was plenty of food and I couldn’t finish the dessert because I was so full. Really nice place and a fun dining experience!

Our city trip took us to restaurant Cuculia yesterday.
I am chef and owner of restaurant Oltra and am therefore looking for gems.
And as if this was a gem!
A friendly and warm welcome.
Snacks were an instant hit.
The chef has an award from Green Guide and made this clear.
What that man can do with vegetables is what they call talent.
Dishes were taste bombs every time and perfectly executed. Very special versions and all new dishes. Matching wines were certainly no less.
We thoroughly enjoyed our evening and thank the entire team for this!

We had a wonderful evening at Cuculia. Towards the end of our week in Florence, after the crowds at the Uffizi, the lines at All'Antico Vinaio, and the rain, we stepped into the serene Cuculia. The restaurant is an oasis of calm. The owner and staff are warm and welcoming. The wine list is accessible and the food is terrific. Go. Breathe slowly. Enjoy.

We returned to Olivier and Roberta in their kingdom and they welcomed us as always with genuine affection. This time, however, I have to make a serious criticism, well yes... there was no attention and attention to detail... and this is serious. Yes, a lot, especially if we're talking about an institution. Gentlemen, you have understood that I am not talking about Cuculia but about the Michelin staff... I have tried various other starred restaurants and my Teresa and I are in the sector. Roberta and Olivier deserve a star, much, much more than other starred ones. The result of their work carried out with passion reflects the love they have for giving an unforgettable experience to those who frequent it. You are very good, thank you very much, I hope to see you again soon.

Different restaurant in Florence.
Very careful decoration. Everything we tried was really good. Very good quality product and very good workmanship. All staff friendly and attentive.
The price is somewhat high but quite good value for money. The portions are not very large...
We had an incredible evening at Cuculia.
Throughout the dinner we were pampered by the head waiter who accompanied us on our tasting journey and with his explanations, knowledge and professionalism made us feel at home.
The chef's dishes were stunning, we chose the 5-course tasting menu and every time we tasted a dish we thought it couldn't be surpassed but we were promptly proven wrong by the next course.
The watchword of the chef's cuisine is balance, where every ingredient is enhanced and every taste stands out on the palate.
In the end we had the pleasure of meeting the sommelier there, as well as the owner of the restaurant together with the chef, who treated us magnificently.
It's always nice to see when things are done with passion and love and we heard a lot of it from Cuculia.

Nel complesso carino.
Ottimo servizio, i camerieri sono stati super gentili.
Le portate sufficienti e il menù con prezzi differenti ti dal sito in quanto variavano di 10€ sul menu da 5 portate e anche su quello da 7.
I vini più cari della media, il pane da supermercato e il pasto non all’altezza del prezzo, abbiamo la percezione di aver speso più del dovuto.
Ambiente per giunta freddo.
Sì salva per i camerieri gentili.

sono stato a cena in questo ristorante, con mia moglie a novembre e sono rimasto veramente soddisfatto sotto tutti i punti vista:
1) piatti tutti molto buoni, curati e ben cucinati, anche ottima presentazione;
2) servizio di sala professionale;
3) location veramente curata;
4) prezzo, nella norma per il livello del ristorante.
In buona sostanza una esperienza più che positiva, che consiglio senza dubbio.
Ci torneremo sicuramente.
