As always, the experience was perfect, a great place to enjoy quality wine and delicious food.
It's become a regular stop when we're in Pisa for work, always a guarantee. The wild boar pigeon is highly recommended; I've never tasted so good, it's worth the trip.
The atmosphere is fantastic, down to the smallest details, from the table settings to the beautiful soft lighting and the impressive wine cellar.
Highly recommended.

My wife and I saw the restaurant on the website and decided to use the smartbox they gave us here. We weren't wrong. A great place for those looking for a romantic yet chic venue, without necessarily needing to be overly formal. The dishes are well-portioned and delicious. Many compliments to the chef, Giuseppe, and the waiter and waitresses. They are all very professional and passionate, making sure that customers feel comfortable, just as they should be. The prices are reasonable for the venue and the service. I'd definitely give it a 10 out of 10. Go without a doubt. Massimiliano and Cinzia.

PERFECT restaurant, every aspect is top-notch, starting with the welcome, continuing with the very characteristic and attention to detail ambience, the IMPECCABLE cuisine at every course, the extremely kind and competent staff, the wide selection of wines, the (wonderful) desserts, and finally the excellent quality/price ratio. I was there tonight and can't wait to go back.

Nice place, excellent food, attentive service, but since we went with a Smartbox package, they forced us to order the same courses from appetizer to dessert, neglecting our different food preferences. To be reviewed.

Chosen online for New Year's Eve dinner. Exceptional food, friendly and efficient staff despite the busy schedule. Spotlessly clean. Reasonably priced for the food. If I ever return to Pisa, I'll be back!

I went to Clessidra for my graduation lunch. They opened the restaurant just for us, and it was wonderful to have such an intimate setting on such an important day for me. All the dishes were delicious, including the homemade dessert! Highly recommended; we plan to return soon for dinner.
