Refined, top-quality Tuscan cuisine, with dishes bordering on perfection. The savory gelato with three types of cheese is a true delight for discerning palates: a surprising dish and an absolute must-try in the summer. Bravo!

At dinner with friends, we were truly satisfied with the menu, featuring dishes made with high-quality local ingredients, beautifully cooked and crafted with a personal touch, all presented with great care. The Cinta Senese medallions with caramelized onion and the homemade walnut and fig ice cream are must-try. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere is elegant, with relaxing background music of great jazz classics. Good value for money. I recommend it as one of the best in the Rossella area.

A real surprise! Taste and attention to detail, both in the decor of the restaurant and, above all, in the preparation of the food. Mimmo's grandmother's ragù is something metaphysical and very romantic! Congratulations!!!

We had lunch at this trattoria recommended by Frank from the Hotel Macinaie in Prato delle Macinaie, and we thank him. The quality of the Chianina-style maltagliati and Mimmo's grandmother's pici with ragù was excellent, and the dishes were generous. We had a very full stomach, but we reserved a small spot for the artisanal gelato, and we received a huge wafer with three spectacular flavors....we even ended up eating the wafer. Everything was delicious! We'll be back tomorrow, we're here for a week! Bravo, Mimmo and Anna!

Top family-run restaurant, a lovely married couple run this beautiful restaurant, the interior is a very elegant and well-kept jewel, top food, top service, everything is very good, good value for money, I highly recommend this restaurant

Guided by the photos and excellent reviews, we came to try the Florentine steak, and we were absolutely delighted. I must say we were satisfied with everything, from the Florentine steak to the gelato. The chef and staff were incredibly kind and welcoming!

I had a truly wonderful meal! Excellent dishes, quality ingredients, and everything prepared with great care. Every course was delicious, and you could taste the passion in the kitchen. Furthermore, the staff was extremely kind, helpful, and always attentive without being intrusive. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service impeccable. Definitely one of the best restaurants I've eaten at in recent memory. I'll definitely be back!

14/06/2026: 12/10 – so good! I stayed near Trequanda for a few nights and came for dinner every single day. Except for Monday because they’re closed :) The food was just excellent and I loved sitting on the terrace watching the very quiet village life unfold. Everything I had was so, so delicious. Starters, mains and desserts alike. It’s nothing super fancy, nothing super wholegrainy healthy organic… „just“ really, really good italian food in vegan. You can also really tell that the owners put their heart into what they do. It‘s an ethical vegan restaurant and it was really interesting for me to hear how passionate the owner who runs front of house is about this cause. Also, if you’re vegan the area is a really great spot in tuscany. I stayed at the wonderful Podere Sole vegan B&B nearby and on mondays you can head to Pizzeria Paradiso in Trequanda who offer several vegan pizzas as well as good vegan gelato 🍧
30/05/2026: An absolutely fantastic restaurant. We went there twice during our stay nearby. A great selection of food and fantastic dishes. Every dish has an intense, wonderful flavor. The atmosphere is also very, very nice, right in the heart of Trequanda. Whether you're vegan or not, definitely worth a visit!
