The food was simply sublime, the staff were courteous and smiling, the wine list was excellent... the bill was super fair... what more could you ask for? We had such a bad time that we're going back tomorrow! A must-stop if you're passing by! Well done, Congiura guys and girls! Keep up the good work!

12/05/2026: Dinner with friends at Christmas, we ate some delicious Chianina tartare, and the Red steak, for those who like a marbled steak it is the best, the pairing with the wine was very successful, I recommend this steakhouse to everyone, knowledgeable and friendly staff
12/05/2026: Amazing Steakhouse Restaurant! We had dinner at this restaurant on Sunday evening. We were in Carrara for the Animosi Theater light show. We had a wonderful time. The waitress was very kind and patient. She explained the entire menu to us (they only use products selected from small producers that aren't usually found commercially) and also advised us on the wine selection. She was excellent and very knowledgeable. The atmosphere is warm and informal. We'll definitely be back. It was a lovely surprise, thank you.
