I find the downstairs area very dark.
05/11/2025: The hotel is very nice and relaxing. The area is beautiful and quiet, and there is parking. There is a cable car nearby, and there are bicycle rentals and a cycling path. I went in October; the weather was cold and rainy, but there was sun at midday.

28/10/2025: Minimalist restaurant with limited seating but great service and hospitality. Small but good selection of wines, especially Sicilian ones, and some excellent local olive oils. The dinner served was very pleasant: 2 first courses, 2 second courses, sparkling water, 1/4 red wine, 1 dessert for the modest sum of €48. Excellent quality/price ratio, highly recommended, we will return.

22/11/2025: I often and happily return to Scalin. There are few places that simultaneously offer excellent, easy-to-digest pizzas, as well as good-quality cuisine and a pleasant selection. My guests are extremely satisfied. Plus, the staff in the dining room are professional and always smiling—well done!

20/10/2025: we ate here on 15/10 and happened to be the very last guests of the season. the tiramisu was out of this world and the kaiserschmarrn was also fantastic. the best part was the amazing and friendly hospitality we were shown by the staff. thank you so much mastlé, we will definitely be back!!

10/11/2025: I’ve traveled all across Italy, and this place is easily in my top 3 restaurants. The risotto was the best I’ve ever had, and the pastas were truly unique and full of flavor. I’d come back to Italy just for this restaurant!

The first time we stayed at Nuovo Bosco, it was for a wedding, and we fell in love with it so much that we decided to get married here ourselves. From our first meeting, we appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the staff who manage the estate. Excellent food, impeccable organization, what more could we say? We highly recommend it, whatever your needs (wedding, first communion, birthdays).

20/09/2025: Excellent, I really recommend it. You can see the care they put into their product and their love for their business. The staff is friendly and fast. The only thing I personally didn't like were the aluminum plates for the burgers and a bit of dirt on the floor at the outdoor tables, perhaps caused by the wind or something else. The noise inside is also quite loud, but other than that, if you have the chance, stop by.

They also offer—reservations recommended—great options for celebrating birthdays and other occasions, or for making a great impression at a friend's house. The Sacher semifreddo (cake or individual portion) is superb.
