I've been wanting to try this place for a while, and it definitely lived up to my expectations.
The place is very cute; there are tables both inside and outside, and the atmosphere is pleasant and intimate. The service was quick, the waiters are attentive and helpful, and the owner is truly friendly and welcoming.
The menu features mostly meat, and we ordered the rib-eye steak for two. It was truly delicious and plentiful, cooked to perfection, but served on lava stone so everyone could finish it as they liked. The prices are proportionate to the excellent quality of the ingredients. I'll definitely be back!

If I were to resume bfriefly the experience we had in this restaurant, I would say it's one of the best meat restaurants I tried so far.
Ms. Cinzia, the owner, took us through a veritable culinary journey from the menu, presenting every product from the farm to the plate. Very high quality meat, veeeery tasty and well prepared. It was pretty difficult to book some seats(but I am very glad I managed to do it!), especially if you try to do it only 2-3 days in advance, as it is usually fully Booked, so if you are a tourist looking for special local experiences, I recommend trying to plan a visit at least 1 week in advance. I promise you won't regret it!

I went to Carbone for the first time on May 1st. I was amazed by the location, the professional and courteous service, and the menu featuring delicious appetizers and an exceptional skewer. Excellent value. I will definitely be back.
