Friends are organizing a dinner party. They say the food is good, but they're worried about making a good impression, as it's not a "cool" place. Oh, finally! A place where you walk in and say, "I'm at home!" The hospitality is excellent, from Cinzia and all the staff, from the welcome to the professionalism of the dishes, entrees, and wines. The meat specialty is excellent, as are the appetizers and, finally, the desserts. Everything is carefully prepared and features a selection of quality products. I don't want to be boring, but I'd like to close by saying that we've already booked for the next occasion.

I write this review with utmost transparency, like someone who works hard and knows what it means to invest your money wisely without leaving a restaurant disappointed. I'm not an influencer and I don't advertise: I'm a worker like all of you, who prefers to be useful to the community by reviewing, for better or for worse, but always with diplomacy, fairness, and without unnecessary controversy. I've been to Ristorantino Carbone on Via Cal di Breda twice, precisely to see if the excellent experience I had the first time would maintain its standard. I did so with the spirit of a food critic, but with one fundamental difference: I do it for honesty, not profit. I can assure you that I found the exact same excellence. It's a rare consistency that deserves to be praised. As soon as you walk in the door, the aroma of real grilled meat greets you and you immediately realize you're not in the usual place; it's an experience that starts with your nose and goes straight to your heart. Beyond the food, what makes this place special is the welcome: from the first moment, you feel like a guest of honor. Special praise goes to the dining room staff, who advise you with expertise and passion, guiding you through the cuts of meat and a select wine list, comprised of a limited number of labels but all spot on. I want to clarify the price, because I wouldn't want anyone to pass up this experience for fear of the bill. We chose the Florentine steak and rib-eye steak tasting menus (between €90 and €100 per couple, including cover charge). It may seem like a hefty sum, but it includes an appetizer, main course, and fresh side dishes; ordering individually would have cost much more. It's the smartest choice for those who want the best without surprises, although individual dishes range from €12 to €50, making the restaurant accessible to all. The meat is simply superb: the fork sinks in with incredible ease. And to finish, the flambéed crème brûlée is unmissable: seeing the flame illuminate it at the table is the final spectacle of a perfect concert. If you're looking for substance and true quality in Treviso, this restaurant is a guarantee. Life's too short to eat mediocre meat when there's a place where the passion for grilling is so sincere. I extend my heartfelt greetings and thanks to all my followers. I'll soon be posting a new review of a place you asked me to visit; I just ask you to be patient because, working shifts at the hospital, I have to wait until I'm free from work to be able to visit with the proper peace of mind. I've become a regular at this special place... quality and courtesy are this restaurant's strong points! If you want to eat top-notch meat (and more), you're in the right place! In my opinion, unbeatable! Super, super top!!!

Simple and very familiar atmosphere. Cinzia, the owner, is fantastic both in recommending and explaining the dishes. She's a fantastic hostess, and the service is excellent and courteous. The dishes are delicious, with excellent quality and choice... I highly recommend going there! Cinz everywhere!

07/05/2026: This 4⭐️ hotel is located almoast at the top of the hill. It has one of the famous giro cycling climbs going next to hotel. The view from the view terace is majestic. The hospitality of the employees is also very nice👍 But i guess, they fell asleep a bit. There are many little things, that could be improved. In the room, thi wifi signal is unusable-to weak. The small TV in the room is not smart TV🤔 The bed is folded up bed and therefore very squeaky. At the entrance of the hotel there are still Christmass decorations i guess🤔 And now the restaurant: it had one Michelin star from 2023-2025. We were dissapointed i must say. The appetizer with six different seafood was ok-tasty👍 The main course i ordered was a steak with green pepper and acceto balsamico sauce. I got a small 200g steak served with a big chunk of lemon, one parsly leave and on slice of carrot on it!?! What is a big lemon slice and carrot doing on a plate with a steak? There was not a trace of green pepper sauce... And the side dish. Backed potatoes, omg were they hard to swallov! Pre-backed, heated to serve in microwave. Untasty, bad. And my wife was fighting with an untasty octopus served with sour vegetable. I hope it was just a chefs bad day nevertheless. But for 150€ we were not happy with the dinner!
12/04/2026: A high-end restaurant with highly qualified, friendly, and attentive staff. It's a shame I didn't take any photos of the carefully prepared and beautifully presented dishes.
