Procedo con ordine: antipasto cotto di mare, fritto così e così, spaghettoni al gambero rosso e ravioli ripieni di gambero rosa eccellenti per la qualità del gambero. Dolci tunisini, 2 torte gelato e un sorbetto nella media. Ottima bottiglia di grillo, rapporto qualità prezzo alto: 200€. Servizio cortese e garbato, un’unica osservazione quando si cambiano le posate che correttamente vengono portate su un tovagliolo, posizionandole, bisognerebbe avere dei guanti o per lo meno toccare solo l’impugnatura ,non mettere le mani sulla lama e sui rebbi. Sgradevole, non ho fatto commenti per non mortificare. L’aspetto positivo è che è gestito da giovani.

27/08/2025: He was very kind, even on the phone. We asked if they had room for four at 12:30 since we were in the area, but he informed us that the restaurant operates in shifts, so he'd wait for us at 1:30. We spent a bit of time in the beautiful surrounding village and arrived at the scheduled time. He welcomed us with a smile and seated us. Everything was fine until we asked for the workers' menu, which practically everyone in the restaurant was consuming. We were informed that this service would resume next week, and the tone took a different turn... too bad there were obviously workers at the entrance waiting to be seated... oh, and we've also attached a photo of the sign displayed at the entrance... we may have stopped by, but we don't like dishonesty.

25/08/2025: This is legitimately the best pizza I have ever had in my entire life. I’m not exaggerating, it surpasses any pizza I’ve had in the past. If you have the chance to try it, definitely do so! I had a slice of plain cheese pizza, and it was perfect! I appreciate that they sell by weight as well, so you pay for exactly what you get.

06/09/2025: AMAZING PIZZA. just when we thought Catania had no suprises left for us we went to this place because it was near the central Catania station. And it exceeded my expectations. pizza Dani had a very vivid pistacchio taste apart from just looking amazing and the whole thing just felt very velvety which is exactly what I searched for in this kind of pizza. the place was nearly full within the first 30 minutes of opening but there were still no issues getting a table since the restaurant is pretty spacious.

02/09/2025: I was in Montecatini Terme for a weekend, and I booked "Da Gina" based on other users' positive reviews. I hope this, in turn, can be helpful to anyone looking for excellent food! A typical Tuscan trattoria, with a family atmosphere (I love the red-checkered tablecloths, which evoke the feeling of good old-fashioned goodness), kind and friendly staff, and fair prices. 10/09/2025: My wife and I have been to this restaurant several times in recent years. We love returning because it's close to where we live, the owner and his staff are always very kind and courteous, the atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing, you feel very pampered, in short, it's really good. The food, however, is almost always a mixed bag. Given that it's not a cheap restaurant, you'd expect to eat very well, or at least that the classic spaghetti with clams would be much better than what I can make myself at home. However, this isn't often the case. Within the same dinner, there are noteworthy dishes, such as marinated anchovies (wow), and then linguine cacio e pepe di mare, where you can't taste the sea at all but only the cheese, the fantastic tuna meatball (wow), and stuffed squid that never arrived. I've always wondered when I go to a high-end restaurant how much of my money is actually split between the ambiance (personal setting) and the quality of the food. I'd prefer the latter to be given priority, but I realize that's probably not the case. I mean, I can pay €30 for a plate of spaghetti with clams, but when I leave, damn, I wish I could say, "Wow, that's amazing!" Anyway, it's still a good restaurant. Good work C.

The atmosphere was spacious, understated, and intimate, yet it conveyed a sense of depth thanks to the windows opening onto the garden! Refined cuisine was appreciated by all diners. The service was attentive, led by a highly professional maître d', who missed nothing!
