Panigacci di Podenzana at Gambin Good in both the three boiled versions with oil, pesto, and mushroom sauce. Then there's the classic version with quality cured meats and cheeses. Priced at €42 for two, fair. Luckily, it's summer, and since we have a dog, we ate outside; otherwise, they wouldn't have accepted us. Frankly, it's the first time this has happened to me. It's a shame, otherwise it would have been 5 ⭐

We visited this place as restaurant patrons, on the recommendation of our accommodations host Diego, who had worked here. We thoroughly enjoyed getting to try some of the local cuisine (panigacci) in a beautiful rural setting.

Excellent restaurant, panoramic location

The property is surrounded by greenery and is very well-maintained. The rooms are new, spacious, and equipped with every comfort. The breakfast was good, and the dinner was excellent.

A delight, and if you eat outside, the view of the Apuan Alps is stunning. It's the best for Panigacci!!!

Three of us stayed for just one night and had dinner in the restaurant. Everyone was very busy when we arrived (it was 8:30 PM, dinner time), so a kind lady gave us the keys to our room, explained the breakfast time (which was truly generous and was already on the table very early in the morning) and showed us our room. Dinner was wonderful, everything was excellent, but let's just say the service didn't reflect the quality of the food and preparation. We ordered the cured meats appetizer and panigacci (typical Italian bread), which were brought to our table twice without our request, and then we paid for two portions. We also ordered two tagliata and one roast suckling pig, both delicious. We asked for side dishes, but they never arrived, and we didn't even get an apology after numerous requests. Overall, the place is definitely worth a visit, but the service could be improved. The waiters rush around the room, don't pay attention to the customer, and are often rude.
