Formal and refined environment. Helpful staff, offered a welcome aperitif and dried fruit at the end of the meal. Slightly dry veal with tuna sauce, excellent raw meat, delicious first courses and desserts. High prices.

Ristorante affittatoper evento privato. Buono il servizo, cortesi e simpatici. Il cibo essendo un evento con menù fisso non posso paragonarlo a quello del menù alla carta. Posso dire che la qualità è buona ma lo considero nella media, si esce avendo mangiato bene ma senza essere entusiasti

L'idea che ti fai di questo ristorante è che si mangi benissimo. Non è vero: si mangia bene ma si potrebbe mangiare meglio. Antipasto misto piemontese: buono ma manca la carne cruda Vitello tonnato: salsa poco omogenea (il tonno era visibile) e con la carne praticamente cruda , un'albese con salsa. Il tonnè deve essere rosato non al sangue. Primi: agnolotti buoni ma spacciati per plin con pochissimo sugo; gnocchetti al castelmagno saporiti ma con inutili nocciole e mele. Dessert: accettabili. Mi sembra di dare un giudizio su una mostra d'arte da cui esci commentando: non male! Il prezzo è stato come il resto: accettabile. Servizio lento ma accurato e gentile.

05/04/2024: We enjoyed the typical cuisine with the help of the wonderful service from the staff. They welcomed us and felt very happy here. The food was wonderful paired with amazing desserts.

09/03/2024: Very nice restaurant in the historic center of Moncalieri. Friendly and prepared staff. Professional owner. Excellent choice of menu. The dishes we ate were truly special and delicious. Cleanliness at the top. We can't wait to return.
