19/10/2025: I came into this place following the 4.6 reviews. Unfortunately, I ordered the 20€ steak, that i spit half of it. It was chewy and full of ligaments! The service was great, salad decent, house wine was good, but the steak not eatable!

23/09/2025: A very beautiful place, with divinely prepared typical Maremma dishes. We had Maremma ravioli with wild boar ragu, fillet steak with porcini mushrooms, and wild boar cacciatore. Everything was delicious. Due to bad weather, we couldn't dine on the outdoor terrace; the tables are spread across various levels with a view of the valley, truly beautiful. Highly recommended.

17/09/2025: A friend highly recommended it to us. The place is located in Tirli, a small village nestled in the hinterland between Castiglione della Pescaia and Punta Ala. The sea view is stunning, and the tagliatelle, wild boar ragu, and onion crostini are excellent.

15/11/2025: In a word: special. Traditional food, well-prepared. Memorable gnocchi and shank. Zero wait time. The owner is kind and very friendly. We'll definitely be back, especially because we love eating in a Game of Thrones-esque location!

14/09/2025: When even the bread pairs with the dishes, you understand the attention to detail, passion, and thought behind Soul. The tasting menu is a sensory journey worth every penny. It's even difficult to choose a favorite. The service is attentive, precise, perfectly timed, and never intrusive. Thank you for a wonderful evening and for fulfilling our "special" request. We'll definitely be back.

11/11/2025: We had a wonderful dinner experience! Fernando, our waiter, treated us very kindly and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing perfect for an enjoyable evening. The wine selection was also excellent. Definitely a place I’d recommend!

02/10/2025: Born as an ice cream shop... In addition to establishing itself as such in La Spezia...it has managed to expand its offerings for its customers! Lots of pastries for breakfast...savory options...and even gluten-free! Bar counters for excellent coffee! Of course, the ice cream and ice cream cakes are the stars!!! So many flavors to try!!! The place also has an outdoor terrace... I must emphasize that, thanks to the kindness of the owner and the quality of the products, this place far surpasses many bars in the city center!!! Congratulations...

30/09/2025: We happened upon this place by chance, looking for a birthday cake. They were super friendly, but as an ice cream parlor, they also had Sachertorte. We were able to order it the way we wanted, in a heart shape with a personalized inscription. And it was absolutely delicious. I didn't write this review until the cake was gone, so no photo.

16/11/2025: We went because we'd read reviews and it was a great choice. My children had macaroni and spaghetti Bolognese and were both very happy; the portions were good. My husband thought the "seven sins" pasta was okay but nothing special. However, my carbonara was spectacular. The best I've ever had. It's true that it's not a particularly cheap place, but being in Florence... four pasta dishes and drinks came to €64.

17/10/2025: A perfect lunch with one "normal" pasta carbonara and one glutenfree pizza Margherita with prosciutto. The pizza dough was the best I've ever had Our waiter, Isla (?) was very friendly and attentive. A nice ending to our Roman holiday.

14/10/2025: The restaurant is beautiful! However, our food (5 adults and 3 children) didn't arrive at the same time. This was especially annoying for the children. I was expecting something other than spinach from the cooked vegetables. I also thought the birds in the cage outside were simply not kept in a species-appropriate manner these days. This may all be nitpicking, but with above-average prices, it's fair to say. :-) Overall, though, we were satisfied with the quality of the food, and the service was pleasant.

06/10/2025: Really nice guys and super fast service. The pizza is worthy of a 4-star! Maybe the chicken and potato one is for more receptive stomachs, but overall I have to say we ate plenty of it for two.

02/11/2025: I thoughtlessly piled the food onto my plate, and each plate cost about 8 euros on average. It seemed a bit lacking in value. Three plates per person came to 25 euros.

27/10/2025: Excellent place for a quick, inexpensive meal. Wide selection, including vegetarian options. Friendly staff. Shared cafeteria-style tables. Overall, a positive experience.

10/11/2025: Very good food, but the cover charge was excessive. What I really didn't like was that I asked for an appetizer to share between two people, but instead they brought us two appetizers, which we obviously found on the bill. And then they insistently charged us 10 euros for the side dish of tomatoes and salad, which also seemed excessive to me. The idea is that if you eat well, it's fair to pay what the food deserves, but we felt ripped off...

13/11/2025: Decorated Birthday Cake I ordered a birthday cake for my one-year-old daughter's party in June and was absolutely thrilled! Pastry chef Mary was very helpful and attentive to my needs. She not only fulfilled my requests but was also very skilled at creating the sugar paste decorations. The cake was not only beautiful to look at, but also incredibly delicious. The composition remained perfectly intact for the time it took to take photos, despite the hot weather. I repeat, the personalized decoration was perfect, meticulously detailed and true to the theme I had chosen. The inside was not overly sweet, but soft and moist, with layers of fresh berry custard that melted in your mouth. Plus, their buttercream frosting is truly delicate and light, unlike traditional frostings. All the guests asked where I got it! A true pastry masterpiece that made the party even more special. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cake that is a feast for the eyes and the palate.
