We have been here twice and will definitely go back on our last day. The best gluten free pizza I have ever had. Not to mention the hospitality, we had a great time, Marco was the best!

Always a treat. It's simple and efficient, served with a smile and kindness. It's perfectly suited for those on a gluten-free diet. It's our go-to "comfort" spot. Their carbonara is the best in Rome, having tried about 20 restaurants.

19/05/2026: This place was our favorite dinner of our trip. Other pasta stops we made the white sauce was rather runny, not the case here. With the Carbonara every bite was perfect. Also, the waiter was amazing and fun to talk to. Our only small feedback was the cheesecake dish was rather small and more chocolate than cheesecake but still enjoyable.
01/05/2026: Our second time in Roma and literally, the MOST extraordinary meal we have had!! From the service, to the house music, the drinks, food…everything!!! I wish we had discovered Terra Salis sooner! Heaven meets Earth, honestly!!! I can’t wait to bring our daughter here. Leonardo (DaVinci 😉😅) was a delight!! Grazie mille for a perfect dining experience!

02/06/2026: We arrived unexpectedly without a reservation. We were greeted with a kindness and professionalism that's hard to find. The quality of the products was excellent, the service and the location were impeccable, everything was perfect. We recommend it and will be back!!!
