Absolute excellence. The food is sublime, top-quality ingredients cooked and plated with care. The staff is extremely kind, attentive, and never intrusive; we felt right at home. The environment is clean and well-maintained, and you can sense a solid culinary tradition. If I could give it six out of five stars, I would.
